Review: On 3/5/2013 (at 10:43 am), I made a single purchase at this store in [redacted] Mall.I was taken care of by the store manager, [redacted] (based on the receipt).I was accused by the manager of lying about marks made on a frequent purchase card. I made a comment about this being [redacted] and the customer being right. The manager flipped out, it's the only way I can describe it. She screamed and yelled profanities at me. She even called the security guard over to deal with me, when I did nothing at all wrong. Even the security guard was at a loss as to why she was getting so upset over seemingly nothing.She went so far as to threaten to call the police. I'm not sure to this moment what the charge would have been since I didn't do anything. She told me to never go in her store again. I finally told her to have a good day and I left. The entire incident left a very bad taste in my mouth.Desired Settlement: I could not find a management office for this company or anyone that would be someone this manager would report to. She needs dealt with and disciplined for treating a customer like this and yelling and screaming like she did at her own store at a mall. I was embarrassed and insulted beyond belief. Something needs done.Thank you.
