phone. He began to mock [redacted] reliability even before we had the chance to make sure it was indeed an issue with the equipment. Unfortunatley sometimes mechanical systems need service. Seeing [redacted] may have a volitile personality I decided to run this service call myself. A woman answered the door (perhaps his wife) and was extremly pleasant. In my diagnosis I found a short had developed in the low valtage wire external to the [redacted] equipment and this was an existing wire. I made the repair and put the system back in operation. Although this was a chargable call I decided not to charge [redacted]. Before I left the residence [redacted] came home from work and walked in the front door and once again started his abusive manner as before on the phone. In an effort to protect my company and employees I decided we would let [redacted] seek assistance elsewhere. At one point [redacted] attempted an apology, telling me he has been under a lot of stress as of late. In an effort to resolve this matter I will gladly reimburse [redacted] his service fee to another contractor as long as he provides us with the detailed invoice (from the contractor)that shows the service required was due to a part failure or an iinstallation issue. Just because a system needs service does not mean you get a refund. Had [redacted] not been abusive he would have been repaired already and joined the list of satisfied custmers. Review: In October, 2013, I received a advertisement in the mail advertising [redacted] Heating & AC systems installed by Hague heating & AC. The price for a new AC unit plus Heating system plus hot water heater was around $6500 through [redacted] in [redacted]. Hague was the certified installer. Everything was signed and Hague installed the new systems in early November, 2013. We had existing Carrier units which were 12 years old, but worked fine. We knew that the old AC system would need expensive repairs by 2014, thus our decision to go with this package deal. Everything has been ok, until June, 2015. Suddenly the system completely died around June 25, 2015. NO AC and it was in the 90's here in NJ. Hague repeatedly ignored my calls for help. Eventually he did come out and spend some time fooling with wiring, wiring which he DID in November 2013; supposedly he fixed the problem which he created, thus, "problem resolved". He left and AC worked until July 16, 2015. Suddenly same problem, everything is dead. I called Hague, no response for a day, then he answers phone, promises to come out next day, but he has never shown up. Tomorrow July 19, will be in the mid 90's, and Hague has vanished. Hague has the worst customer service of any Heating & AC company that I have ever used in all my years, and I have lived in Ohio, TN, SC, and NY.To Sum Up: Stay away from [redacted], [redacted], & Hague.Desired Settlement: Since Hague has not shown up, I have had to contact another company, [redacted]; So far my bill is over $235, and [redacted] has not resolved the issue, still no AC, but [redacted] is still working on it. I want a full refund of all charges from [redacted] by Mr. Hague and I want this wiring problem fixed permanently by Mr. Hague or I will sue him for $6500, for a complete refund of this system. I am serious.
