** ***,After filing this complaint he came to our lab on Monday 6/**/at 6pmHe spoke to our manager and the technicianApologized for misbehaving & initiating argument in front of witnesses. Picked up his film & left

 The counter person, Joe (who's last name I do not have) will attest to the fact that I never cursed him - neither on the phone nor in person. The he owner of the business whom I spoke to is the only one that I had a heated exchange with. He is the one who claimed that my patronage was a favor - it is he who threatened me. And, while they continue to send denial comments here - immediately afterward I took my complaint to [redacted] where someone responsible for their account apologized for this action. (Screenshots were taken of this exchange) and I have emails showing that the disputed service was given to me and prior to being threatened by the owner were going to be provided again.

[redacted], came to our store to develop film on 6/*/2015. Next day he called & said to email his images. The [redacted] told him that we DO NOT provide that service. For that he raised his voice & started screaming at her saying that somebody promised him from our store that he will email his images. Because our co-worker promised , as a courtesy we emailed his scans. On 6/**/2015 he came to our store again. Next day he called & asked for the same service. We refused him. Hi could not take NO for an answer & started abusing the counter person on the phone. Then Manager came on the phone & told him that he must come in & pick up his originals. We are not responsible for that.He should be apologising to our co workers for using bad language. But while complaining with Revdex.com he gives different version. Thanks
