I purchased a used transmission from them and had it shipped and installed at my local garageI drove the Jeep to the house and it went out on the wayNot even miles awayIt turned out to be a bad unitSo they sent another I had to then pay the labor again to have second one installedAfter doing so I picked up the Jeep again and drove it to the houseYet again the second unit was bad as wellI had spoke with ***, the salesman, about getting the company to pay to have the third unit installedHe spoke with his supervisor and the quickly rejected the notionI spoke with the supervisor and he said there is no way they will ever cover labor if you only purchased a month warranty, even if they continue to ship me bad transmissionsI have been without my jeep for over three months and am having to pay to drive my work truck tok the house, just so I have a way to and from work
