[redacted] and crew installed a new bryant furnace for me in september that I purchased myself. It had a programmable thermostat that they didnt know how to install so they left it for us to do(very professional).About a week later water was all over basement floor.I called [redacted] and about two weeks later they came back to fix the drain problem.A few weeks later a new problem with water leaking inside the furnace from the condensate pump on to the floor.called [redacted] numerous times and he wouldnt answer.I left numerous messages on his phone and he still didnt respond.I finally had to hire a real furnace company to fix the leak.h&h(***) installed the condensate pump tube backwards and cut the rubber connection fitting to short to work so that is why it leaked. He charged me $1,labor for one days work installing my furnace and then overcharged me $for the furnace gas line and drain fittings which I told [redacted] was way too much.but I paid him the $anyway.Im a licensed builder in michigan so I do know what im talking about.anyway h&h mechanical do not honor their work and charge way too much for [redacted] work.I strongly urge anyone needing furnace work to find a different company to do their work
