I have had a couple of issues with thus company I was promised reimbursement by h and h staff for a mail box key that I purchased when I moved in months agoI have had several issues with this company that are to much to listI have been a resident with them for and half years and I'm treated as if I've done something wrong to themThey have a representative by the name of *** who is somewhat rude when I call or go down to pay my rent which I do every monthThe staff will also try and cast the blame on the customer when they make a mistake I really don't understand stand why they won't reimburse me for the mail key I purchased at the post officeAfter all they have done wrong to me, I really don't see why they don't keep there word to a Tennant who pays there rent every monthI even pay my rent to months ahead at certain times during the yearAlso, they have really bad customer serviceI beleive there is only to ladies that work in the office but for some reason it doesn't seem like they communicate well Between each other100% of what I'm stating is true and factI haven't even brought up the issue with them sending me to a collection agency for no reasonBut that's another story

This is the worst company to deal with. I rented a home on may 1st and has some weird things happen. For example a detective looking for the previous resident, some random person ringing my door bell at 2am, my tires being slashed in front of rhe home and finally coming home and brick through the bedroom window. When I contacted the police they stated they been out to the home many time with the last resident due to a domestic violence issue. I contacted H and H management immediately and there comment was "I wonder if he is out of jail" the agency knew there was a big problem with the home that was not safe. I am a single mother with two little ones so I moved out asap. It took me two days to move so I was out June 2nd when they gave me my deposit back they charge me for the two days in June which they shouldnt have since it was out of my control that I had to move. They also charged a cleaning fee which the home was left spotless I was only living there 4weeks. They also didn't refund me the 40.00 dollars I spent to get mail box keys the lady said she only had the receipt but no keys turned in which is stupid since it was all turned in at the same time receipt,mail box keys and home keys. So I'm pretty much paying for someone's stupid mistake. I would NEVER recommend this agency they are the worse, rude and not professional. You will be dealing with headaches and waste your money, thank goodness I only dealt with them for 4 weeks and not a whole year.

[redacted] had a balance owi g from December rent of$237, and he did not give us a 30 day notice , so therefor e he owed the owner January rent of $766.50.He called  on December 9111•  And  said  he would  be moving out on 01/3112015, which  is a 30...

 day  notice, however, he turn ed  hi s keys  into our  office on  01/02/20 15.He did leave the property in very good condition. There was minor janitorial to do and shampoo carpet s.  Janitorial $35, Shampoo $ 125.His deposit was deducted from what he owed and he  does still owe the owner $363.50.We would like for him to give us a call regarding payments. We are willing to work with him in taking care of this.Sincerely,H & H Managem ent, Inc.

We received the letter  regarding the application fee that [redacted] paid on2/5/2015.  We also have a copy of the application  instructions that she signed  which states that the application fee is NON  RE-FUNDABLE.I understand  her...

Review: I entered into a lease for a property at [redacted] on 12-3 2013 and lease ended in nov 30 2014. I moved out of property on 12-30-2014 I called and spoke to [redacted] on 12/31/2014 about 4 30 pm and told her I was not going to be able to leave keys at office by 5 because of holiday they were closed till 1/5 when I dropped off keys at 830 am . Now they are holding my security deposit of 800.00 and say I still owe them a additional $363.50

I spoke to [redacted] on 12/10/ 2014 when I paid my rent and she assured me I would get my deposit back if house was left in good condition. Which it was left in impeccable condition.

I have tried to resolve this issue with [redacted] for a week since she is the one that told me she was going to get it approved like we discussed on 12-10-2014Desired Settlement: refund my security deposit of at least $485.00

I am ok with deducting 155.00 owed for past due charges and 30.00 janitorial fee and $125.00 for Shampoo carpets

Review: H & H Management wont refund my application fee. I put in an application for a rental property as of Febuary 6, 2015. Prior to submitting the application I asked the management company if the property was still avaiable and if there were any applications submitted from anyone else. I was advised that the house was still available and there were NO applications towards the house. Feburary 10, 2015 I received a phone call from [redacted] at H & H Management . [redacted] informed me that I would not be getting the house because another application came in first. I asked for my application fee back. She refused stated that I was informed that the application fees were non-refundable. I then told her that had I been informed of the other application against the same house I wouldnt have applied for the house. I asked why would you accept addtional applications and fees for the same property; furthermore why wouldnt you inform the applicates prior to taking my money ($40). This is unethical and fraud.Desired Settlement: Refund application fee of $40.
