Charging late fees when they shouldn't and won't correct.There has been an ongoing problem of charging late fees totaling more than a payment,won't see getting payments well before the payment due date. Won't credit back the $15 late fees. There are 14 in total. when trying to explain would not see what was being said.Desired SettlementI want the late fees taken care of and the billing corrected.Business Response We do the accounting for [redacted] which is the company that owns her account. I have looked at her account and she does have late fees on the account. We have received 5 return checks on the account and thus the account is past due.
