I purchased a repair service for my Bose Wave clock radio from Mr. [redacted] company on June 10, 2012 on [redacted]. The purchase cost was $115.52 for the repair and return shipping of the fixed Bose radio. I was required to pay for and ship the radio to "[redacted]." and with 10 days the radio would be returned to me repaired. After waiting almost a month, I contacted Mr. [redacted] via [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] promptly responded that they were backed up but they would fix my radio by the end of the week and send me the tracking number for the return. I waited another week and half without response. When I contacted Mr. [redacted], he promptly returned my email saying they would look at it that day. I later heard back from him that the Bose radio had been repaired previously and they would not open look at or repair the item. I promptly responded and asked why? And said that I would like the item repaired (since I had paid for it, paid for shipping and had waited a month and a half for nothing to be done and would be stuck sending it to another repair shop if they did not). If for some reason, they would not attempt to repair it, please return the item and my payment to repair it. I opened up an inquiry with [redacted].Another week and a half passed with no response. I had to contact [redacted] to get a response asking for a refund. Mr. [redacted] promptly refunded my original payment but did not sent the clock radio back. Ebay asked Mr. [redacted] to return the item. Mr. [redacted] sent a note to me that unless I paid for him to return the item, he would not return it. (Was he going to repair it and sell it?)I contacted Mr. [redacted] again and stated that I did not think it would be fair for me to pay for shipping to him, wait more than a month without communication and pay for shipping back without him looking at my clock radio. I would eat my original portion of shipping if he would simply return MY PROPERTY that he did not work on. Should I be on the hook for $41.06 (estimated 2 after getting no value from my trx?
