Review: I went and paid my bill on 6-10-14 to have my water turned back on, the manager said she was going to call to have my water turned on 6-11-14, I called them on this day because the water company never showed up, they said oh we just called them today and you will have to $50.00 to have it turned on today 6-11, I don not feel I should have to pay for their mistake, this is not the first time this has happened.Desired Settlement: They need better business skills and learn how to treat people
