H & H TIRE SHOP

This is the worst tire shop and customer service that I have EVER experienced. Not only was the owner rude from the time I pulled up until the time I left, but he refused to provide a receipt, insulted me and my car and put the incorrect size tire on my car and moved an existing tire to the front.

I arrived first thing in the morning and I was greeted at my car. The owner was speaking while my car was running and my window up. I got out of the car and asked for a used tire. I was at that point told I was rude because he told me good morning and I did not do the same. I apoligized since I didn't hear him. He proceeded to tell me how everyone is rude and he is a human not a machine. Once again I said I was sorry and requested a used tire. There was a hole as well as the side wall busted. He said he would fix it. I told him again that I wanted a USED TIRE. He still attempted to air it up stating he would fix it. When he realized the tire was not repairable he offered a used tire at $25. I said ok, but questionedd the size since it appeard bigger. He assured me it was the same. He then came back and wanted to move my back tire to the front of my car. I told him no just replace the tire. My 2 back tires are 195 60r14 and the front area 195 55 r14. Since it is bad for your car to have two different sizes on one axel I didn't want to move my tire. He still moved the back tire to the front and put the new tire on the back. The new tire was a 195 65 r14. I had money in hand and was ready to pay when I realized this and he was very rude stating he was trying to help me. At this point I was ready to leave. I asked that he put my my back tire back on the rear of my car and the new tire on the front. He refused. So I asked that he put my tires back as they were when I arrived, take his tire and I'd be on my way. He refused. I asked for a receipt and he said there would be a $2 charge for a receipt. I said ok and then he refused telling me that there would be no warranty for my car since it is a piece of crap.

Once again, I asked that he take his tire off of my rim, put my rear tire back on the rear and my donut back on the front. He called me a thief and told me that I was just trying to get out of paying and it would cost him $4 to dispose of my old tire. I told him once again that I wanted to the same size tire and he said he didn't have it and wasn't going to move anything. He said I was rude and a thief.

I am not a rude person, I was as polite as I could be. He talked down to me and acted like I was a fool. My assumption is it was because I am female. I do know about cars and had to leave with my car pulling to one side and go to another tire shop and have them move my tire and put the correct size on the front

I will NEVER visit this shop again and will let everyone I know about the level of "service" I received.
