Review: On 8/*/2013 I brought my jeep to H & D AUTOMOTIVE, CORP to have a New York state safety inspection done. On 8/**/2013 I was traveling on Interstate 295 and the front left wheel came off I was lucky I was not killed. The receipt I have from the inspection states that the front left and back right tires were taken off to measure the brake pads. When I met with the ownwer of the garage he showed me the video of the inspection and at no time during the duration of the inspection any wheel was taken off. The owner admitted that his mechanic performed an illegal inspection and that he was neglegent. The owner of the garage has admitted that his employee is at fault but will not cooperate to resolve the issue. I have asked on a few occasions who his insurance carrier is so his and my insurance companies can resolve the issue to get my truck back on the road and he will not divulge that information. He claims his company is not responsible.Desired Settlement: I want him or the his insurance company to pay for the damages on my vehicle!
