This is a total misrepresentation of the facts. There was no swearing. Unbelievable fabrications of what actually happened! Vindictive. Not going to happen! It is hard to respond when there is no basis in fact
We have found that many
of the so called "reviews" posted on line are not constructive but vindictive in natureWhen we conduct surveys and seek input directly from our guests, we have found the overall review ratings normally fall in the or range with a few at (being the highest) We find constructive criticism to be a valuable tool for improving service for our guestsWe strongly urge everyone to visit the park as a guest or observer and draw your own conclusionWe have had nearly 1,500,guests to date and many are repeat customers that have been coming here for yearsThere are occasionally some complaints about the admission price but despite being located in Alaska our prices are certainly on the low end providing good value when compared with the industryIt should be recognized that operating a full service indoor waterpark in Alaska poses an incredible challenge in terms of costs and resourcesFrom time to time, for operational reasons due to circumstances beyond our control, it is sometimes necessary to shut down attractionsWhile sometimes this can lead to frustrating situations, please be patient, and we will do our best to do what is necessary and get things going againWe hope that you and your family join our other guests and come and enjoy the waterpark
