DEAR MS [redacted] , WE RECEIVED YOUR LETTER YESTERDAY ON 10/20/CONCERNING A COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST USLET ME SAY AT THE OUTSET THAT WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS IN [redacted] , SC SINCE WE HAVE ENJOYED DEALING WITH TENS OF THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS IN THOSE YEARS WE ARE CERTAINLY NOT PERFECT IN ANY WAY, HOWEVER I DON’T BELIEVE WE HAVE EVER HAD A COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST OUR COMPANY WITH THE Revdex.comWE HAVE PATIENTLY WORKED WITH THIS CUSTOMER TO RESOLVE HIS ISSUES AND WE ARE CONTINUING TO WORK WITH HIM TO RESOLVE THEMHIS TRUCK IS PRESENTLY AT OUR FACILITY IN [redacted] , NC, BEING ASSESSED BY ANOTHER GROUP OF EXPERTS TO DETERMINE EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND TO DETERMINE THE BEST WAY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE SINCERELY, [redacted] MGR

DEAR MS [redacted] , THIS IS THE FIRST THAT I HAVE SEEN OF THIS INCREDULOUS “COMPLAINT” BUT I AM HAPPY TO RESPONDMR [redacted] BROUGHT HIS VEHICLE TO US AND TOLD US THAT SOMEONE HAD TOLD HIM THAT THE STEERING AXLE KING PINS AND BUSHINGS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED[A $JOB]UPON EXAMINATION OF MR [redacted] VEHICLE WE FOUND THAT THE KING PINS AND BUSHINGS WERE FINE AND DIDN’T NEED TO BE REPLACEDHIS PROBLEM WAS A MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE ONEA LOCATOR PIN WAS BROKEN WHICH WE REPLACED FOR $WE SAVED MR [redacted] $THE CONTINUING ISSUE THAT HE HAS, I.E“THE TRUCK STILL SHAKES WHEN ACCELERATING”, WAS EXPLAINED TO HIM IN DETAIL AND FOR SOME REASON HE COULD NOT COMPREHENDTHE SHAKING THAT HE IS EXPERIENCING IS DUE TO THE FACT THAT HIS TIRES HAVE EXTREME AND UNUSUAL WEAR DUE TO DRIVING THE VEHICLE WITH THE BROKEN LOCATOR PINHE WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE A SHAKING PROBLEM UNTIL HE PUTS NEW TIRES ON THE VEHICLE THAT ARE ROUND INSTEAD OF THE SQUARE ONES THAT HE HAS ON IT NOWWE DO NOT SELL TIRESHE NEEDS TO GO TO A TIRE DEALER AND HAVE THE TWO FRONT TIRES REPLACED AND HIS SHAKING PROBLEM WILL CEASE IN SUMMATION, WE HAVE REPAIRED THE PROBLEM THAT MR [redacted] HAD WHILE SAVING HIM $WHAT WE CAN’T DO IS TAKE OLD, WORN OUT TIRES AND MAKE THEM NEW AGAINTHAT TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT EXIST [redacted] STORE MANAGER%

DEAR MS.***, IN MY LAST E-MAIL TO YOU I INFORMED YOU THAT WE HAD THE VOLVO VEHICLE IN QUESTION AT OUR ***, NC LOCATIONAFTER SEVERAL DAYS OF INTENSE SCRUTINY THESE ARE OUR FINDINGS; AT OUR EXPENSE, WE HAD THE LOCAL AUTHORIZED VOLVO TRUCK DEALER COME TO OUR LOCATION AND RUN TESTS ON THE VEHICLETHEIR FINDINGS WERE THE SAME AS OURSTHE NOISE IS DUE TO “INJECTOR, TIMING/METERING ACTUATOR, FUEL, OR TIMING/CALIBRATION ISSUE.” ALL THESE ARE ENGINE ISSUES AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TRANSMISSION THAT WAS PURCHASED FROM US I AM FAXING YOU A COPY OF THE BILL WITH THEIR DIAGNOSISWE ALSO HAD, AGAIN AT OUR EXPENSE, THE TRANSMISSION DYNO-TESTED BY AN OUTSIDE SPECIALISTTHEY REPORTED “OPERATED IN ALL GEARS AND NO ABNOISE ISSUES WERE PRESENT.” I WILL FAX YOU A COPY OF THIS AS WELLLASTLY I WILL FAX YOU A DOCUMENT FROM OUR *** LOCATION STATING THESE FACTS AND SIGNED BY THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE THAT HE UNDERSTANDS THESE FINDINGSWE HAVE GONE TO A GREAT DEAL OF EXPENSE AND LOST TIME TO PROVE THAT THE PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE IS NOT A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM BUT AN ENGINE ISSUEWE HAVE GONE TO GREAT LENGTHS AND SEVERAL EXTRA MILES TO HELP THIS CUSTOMER FIND THE ACTUAL CAUSE OF HIS PROBLEM WHEN IT WAS REALLY NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO SOTHEREFORE, I ASK THAT THE Revdex.com IMMEDIATELY DISMISS THIS COMPLAINT AND ANY FURTHER ACTION CONCERNING THIS MATTER SINCERELY, *** ** *** MGR
