Please review the chart notes that were provided in a prior submissionThe notes were entered and date stamped at the time of entryThey clearly show the lack of cooperation in the final fitment process of the denture by the patient not returning to have the necessary adjustmentsWe have attached a copy of the denture consent form with the content circled regarding the adjustment processWe have also included the most recent chart notes of the communication with the patient's sonOne of his demands were that we provide the doctors personal contact informationThis is not a reasonable request We have tried to work with the patient and their son to resolve the issue, however I dont believe that a reasonable resolution can be obtainedAttached are a few of negative online reviews, of the roughly that they have postedEven though we are participating with the Revdex.com and have agreed to abide by the decision, they have continued to defame us online At a very minimum, they should remove all the negative reviews they have posted on the various websites (Google, Yelp...) and stop making harassing phone callsWe request that they agree to abide by whatever resolution the Revdex.com decides ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

Your complaints have been related to fitment and not being able to eat with them due to discomfort, not an issue with the size.Please refer back to the doctors notes. We worked with you during the creation of the dentures and have offered to continue to work with you to alter them to your satisfaction. However, you failed to return for adjustments and did not allow enough time for the tissue to heal before having the hard reline. We provided this hard reline at no charge. Without having a hard reline after the tissues has had time to heal for six months, they will not fit properly. This is no different than if you had a limb amputated and a prosthesis made. The limb would need time to heal and have the swelling go down prior to the final fitment process. Without doing so, it is not possible to make it fit properly.

This is not a reasonable request.
 
We have tried to work with the patient and their son to resolve the issue, however I dont believe that a reasonable resolution can be obtained. Attached are a few of negative online reviews, of the roughly 16 that they have posted. Even though we are participating with the Revdex.com and have agreed to abide by the decision, they have continued to defame us online.
