Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Part of the value of the car as sold is the manufacturers warranty This warranty is invalidated unless a [redacted] dealer confirms the maintenance and then resets the maintance warning indicator We had many conversations with [redacted] the sales rep about this and he refused to meet any of the [redacted] dealers requirements We also worked with [redacted] at chicago motors to schedule the maintenance appoint, which he confirmed after initially cancelling it [redacted] was fully informed- refused to take any actions to meet the warranty needs, and only then did we authorize the maintenance ourselves Please provide the ***et value of year of warranty coverage if you won't pay for the maintenance required to meet the warranty needs as novitiate don the "we owe you" written deal contract at time of sale Otherwise we will see you in court Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Yes I was misled, Greater Chicago Motors stated to me I had no choice but to accept the $charge for the [redacted] theft recovery planAfter inspecting the paperwork more closely after the deal it states the customer does not have to purchase this plan in order to purchase this vehicleThat is exactly the definition of misleading the consumer! We attempted to help him and told him to make a appt by us (which he did and never showed up) and we would help him fix it at our costHe wanted us to pay to fix his the car months after he bought itHe has already used his freedom of speech right to bash us on [redacted] We will not be helping him under any circumstances as we have already attempted to rectify the situation back in julyIts now Jan [redacted] ***

Customer purchased a vehicle Saturday morning that included the *** Anti-Theft Program The item was disclosed to the customer 24-hours prior to purchasing and upon when delivering the car to the customer The customer agreed and we discounted the vehicle to help the customer
with the cost making the entire transaction affordable The customer was not mis-led or the product was never mis-represented in any wayThe charges are valid and were accepted by the customer Thank you

Its a year old car sold and we tried to help you out, because you were inconvenienced by out the 50min drive to us after we reached out to help and decided to take the car to your local shop doesn't justify us sending a check to pay for it

I am rejecting this response because:look at the unacceptable way they even communicate on the Revdex.comwebsite there even worse if not on here! Whatever agent that's monitoring this conversation please let me state this fact: they said I had car for months like its a long timeSo let's pretend months is a long timeI bought a retractable roof (convertible) in the month of FebruaryThis is Chicago and its February now where the average temp this time of month is degrees! The end of May maybe but June for sure would be the first month in this city I could actually let the top down to enjoy this car! So please see my case in that I'm settling for nothing less than there Revdex.com standing be removed or they can all Orland *** and see that the invoice was $1,to fix and forward the payment to them and lastly to fix it at there site to no cost of mine!!! Look at average temperature on Google for Chicago in February March and April there months they said I took to call and you will see my point thank you *** ***

To Whom it may concern: Contacting you in regards to the complaint received on behalf of GREATER CHICAGO MOTORS. The details of the transaction as told to you are as follows: Complaint (***) purchased a vehicle from GREATER CHICAGO MOTORS in which we promised to
complete a wheel alignment and reset the warning light Dealer informed customer that a maintenance service was required in the amount of $1,(which were performed by GREATER CHICAGO MOTORS) and expressed to the customer prior to the sell Customer authorized work for *** to complete the work without our authorization and then asked us to pay the bill 4. We payed directly to the dealer, only for the services we promised the customer Please let us know how we can be of any further assistance in helping getting this matter resolved Best regards, *** *** General Manager

At no point during the transaction did we promise a customer maintenance We promised a wheel alignment and to reset the service light as we had already performed the maintenance on this vehicle as we do ALL of our vehicles The customer authorized the dealer to do work (without contacting GREATER CHICAGO MOTORS) that was already performed by us and expects us to pick up the bill Not part of the purchase agreement Thank you

After inspecting the paperwork more closely after the deal it states the customer does not have to purchase this plan in order to purchase this vehicle. That is exactly the definition of misleading the consumer!

Customer is not entitled to any refund under his contract.  The customer asked for a discount and we honored his request by discounting our vehicle.  The charges are valid and no refund will be issued.  THE CUSTOMER PURCHASED A VEHICLE PRICED AT $17,995 FOR $17,500 and acceptance of all the items disclosed on his buyer's order.

Im not quite sure what to say, you bought a car in December, left it sitting for 3 months, and expect us to buy you a new key? All push button start cars will eventually die and get programmed if left siting that long. Most cars need...

a new battery period after sitting that long. Your more than welcome to call me and I may help you out out of my own pocket but this isnt a situation where we are not "backing our product up". Thanks Sam [redacted]
