This is a prepayment for service and the service was never
rendered, therefore; they have no reason to retain my tuition fee. Moreover I was never told or shown written documentation of such policy until emailed to me after complaints. They have no signed documentation from me acknowledging the presence of such policy

October 26,2015 ID# [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted], Thank you for your letter dated October 19, 2015, regarding a complaint you received from one of our customers. I am attaching records of our email exchanges. It was clear to me that both parties would benefit from written documentation....
I believe the emails offer the best detail of our communication. Some background: Ms. [redacted] registered for the Learning Academy on March 23,2015 (see attached). The learning Academy open house was held Thursday, September 3, 2015. School commenced on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. The beginning of the email exchanges, and the first phone message from Ms. [redacted],occurred on August 31, 2015. Our response to the complaint: Great Falls Gymnastics Academy, Inc., strives to serve our clients with integrity and compassion. We are passionate about what we do and love serving the community of Great Falls. It is always our intent to clearly communicate with our customers. We try to balance the needs of our clients, while maintaining the integrity of our business. Though we disagree with the nature of this complaint, we regret that the customer was dissatisfied with our response. We always hope for a resolution that meets the needs of both parties and clearly this individual did not believe we achieved that. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions directly.
