Review: On. 7/*/13. I took my car to. Great bear auto to be service, for a tun up and the check engine light was on.so to make a long story short.The check engine light came back on after a month in half. I paid close to 1000.00 for this service to be done right, and went I took the suv back to. Get service for the same problem within then3 month guarantee they tell me it's something else. But it's the same problem and they want to charge me all over againDesired Settlement: Repair it for free or give me my money back

WE HAVE BEEN AT THIS LOCATION AS A GREAT BEAR FOR THE PAST 25 YEARS, OUR POLICY IS ALWAYS BEEN TO KEEP THE CUSTOMER HAPPY..
WHEN [redacted] FIRST CAME IN AS PER THE DIAGNOSTI C MACHINE,IT SHOWED THAT HE HAD A RANDOM MISFIRE CODE AND NO OTHER CODES SHOWED UP AT THE TIME. HE ALLOWED US TO FIX THE PROBLEM AS SHOWN ON THE MACHINE.
WE SOLVED HIS PROBLEM,AND 1 AND 1/2, MONTHS LATER HE CLAIMS THE PROBLEM CAME BACK.
INDICATING THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT RETURNED, THE VEHICLE HAS MANY SENSORS AND THE ONLY WAY TO SEE IF IT IS THE SAME PROBLEM(WHICH IS UNDER GUARANTEE) OR A DIFFERENT PROBLEM IS BY PUTIING THE CAR ONTO OUR COMPUTER AGAIN. WHICH WAS NO CHARGE.
AT THAT TIME THE CODE CAME UP FOR A CATALYTI C CONVERTER. WE EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT IT WAS A DIFFERENT PROBLEM.
UPON RECEIVING HIS COMPLAINT WE MADE SEVERAL ATIEMPTS AT DIFFERENT DATES TO REACH HIM, IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THE MATIER.
HIS HOME PHONE # WAS DISCONNECTED AND HIS CELL# IS UNAVAVILABLE.
IF YOU HAVE A MORE CURRENT # TO REACH HIM WE WOULD GLADLY CONTACT HIM IN ORDER TO RESOLVE HIS COMPLAINT.
