I had a very bad experiences with the service, after paying for the service they said their is no expiration date as long as I had credits on my account come to find out that was not trueI tried to place a call overseas but could notI called customer service to fine out the problem they told me that I haven't placed a call in three months even though I have $left in my account I wasn't aware that I have to place a call every three month and I wasn't told by the representativeThey told me I have to buy $more to gain my $back After nine yeas as a customer I think I should have been treated better instead of losing $for no reason
