This business is horrible! I love their cause but they're not running their business properly! This is the 2nd time I've ordered from them once before and thought a few years later they might have grown upWrong! I ordered my order on June 6thThey shipped it June 16tyI received it July And they forgot half of my order! They do not return phone calls after the several voicemails I leftThen the mailbox was fullSo obviously they don't check itThen, I emailed different people and finally someone respondedBut, with stupid excuses! Man up and take pride in your company and stop pawning it off on the postal service! I ordered lots of other things online way after I ordered from this company and they showed up literally a week after I ordered! Why can't this company get it together?!

This company lies about when they plan to ship your orderI've been waiting since December for my order that has yet to arrive at the time of this review

I placed an order in May and my credit card was chargedI sent emails in June and August asking about my order and was told that they were waiting for shirts to be madeI sent an email cancelling my order in early September(I'm not hopeful of seeing my money or shirts)

This is the standard automated message that gets sent to each email and not an actual reply to my direct issue

I submitted a claim on July of this month for the delivery of my items that have been pending since November of despite the fact that I had already paid for t shirts has not been resolvedAn associate by the name of Santiago responded saying that they were on their way via email on July
3, I asked for a tracking number but he made the excuse that they are experiencing difficulty with regard to their tracking system and was unable to let me know when my items would be arriving and via what method of shippingI would like to receive the items I have paid forPlease contact back how this can be achieved
