Hi , on 02/21/a young gentleman came in for state inspection , after we did the inspection we noticed the oil sticker stated that it was overdue for oil change few thousand miles,so we told him it needed an oil change , and offered him choices of regular and synthetic oil change , he piked the synthetic oil and after we lifted the car and draining the oil noticed the tires needed to be rotated , offered him to do it , he said go ahead and do it , we did the oil change and rotation he was happy and paid no problems .But after few hours we got a nasty phone call from mr [redacted] (father), yelling on the phone how come we changed the oil and did the rotation, he stated that we should have only do the inspection and that's ithe was accusing us doing wrong I m sorry about this whole situation , we didn't want to do anything wrong , we just offered the oil change and tire rotation that the car obviously needed and the person who brought the car in authorized us to do it , We have been serving as a service station in this town more then years , we have many repeat customers, we believe we didn't do anything wrong as a matter of fact we did good, because his car was past due on the oil change we saved his engine and tires that he was going to ware them out because it wasn't rotated on time we tried to do the best we can as always for our customersplease don't let them ruin our business Thank you,

Review: On 2/21/15, our vehicle was brought in for a NJ state inspection and unauthorized work was performed. Upon follow-up, the owner/manager ("[redacted]" - refused to give last name) was belligerent and refused to reimburse us for unauthorized work. We expect to be fully reimbursed.Desired Settlement: For all of the aggravation this has created, we expect nothing less than a full refund in the amount of $149.00. Consumers should be made aware that this owner/manager does not put the customer first.
