I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** I accept their claim that they do not make robo calls, but in that case they need to be aware that someone is using their business as a scam front, just as they were using people's private cell phone numbers, and take action as they see fitThis recorded call from "Emily" does demand to know if you have a debit or credit card available very early in the message and promises a great deal on a Disney vacation, so it may be someone looking to make fraudulent charges.

Ms*** became a member on May 25th, Ms
*** was allowed three business days to review her membership information that
was provided to her at the presentation, and also her members’ websiteMs
*** elected not to cancel her membership within her review periodBy doing
so Ms*** agreed to the terms and conditions of the membership
The information that Ms*** is referring to was initially
discussed with the distributor, and not Global ConnectionsI have contacted
that distributor, and they have been in contact with Ms***
As stated in Ms***’s membership material the purpose of
this vacation membership is designed for her personal vacation enjoyment and
the condominium vacation and all requests are fulfilled on a first-come
first-serve basisWhile every attempt is made to fulfill a request as
specified, not all areas are availableTo date Ms*** has not submitted a
request to travelTravel accommodations cannot be searched without a
reservation request
At this time Global Connections does not agree with Ms
***’s request to cancel and refundIf Ms*** has any questions she may

Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because:I am very tired of seeing them write back that they are trying to reach out to me - I have only received message on April 23rd at a number I am not at during the dayI have repeatedly called and left messages, left them the phone number I can be reached atStated in great detail my name, acct #, phone number, times etc...no one has tried to reach out to meI have called and left messages on the following dates: April 14th at 10:a.meastern, April at 11:a.m., April at 12:p.meastern, April at 2:p.meastern, May 4th at 10:a.meastern and today May at 10:a.mWhat more can I do, I have been calling this *** *** person and he is never at his desk or answers his phone, and his is NOT returning my calls. Doesn't this prove that the company is not reputable, there is an issue. This company is not trying to work with me - they are giving a bunch of incorrect information/lying about calling me. They obviously have no interest in my membership - I am extremely frustrated, not getting any resolution.

This is my second complaint towards global discovery vacations I recieved a email from you telling me that you had not heard anything from me about the progress of my complaint and my case would be closed and marked as resolved when my complaint has not been resolved I am no further today than I was when I first filed the complaint I have been waiting on a phone call back from a man with there company by the name of brad his number ###-###-#### as he told me he would after he spoke to someone else it's been weeks since he said he would call back I have called and left messages for him and have not gotten any calls back this business is a bunch of crap I want to cancel my contract, get my money backend have no hurt to my credit and to hear nothing else from them ever again I want to void my contract, get the money I have paid and the down payment back with no hurt to my credit and to not hear from this business in any way ever again

I am rejecting this response because: This gentleman's response is not based on the complaint whatsoever, rather he repeats phrases such as "vacation enjoyment" and the like I made requests about destinations over the lat two years and every time was met with rudeness and outright terrible service In asking to cancel my membership due to health concerns and mounting bills, absolutely no one was willing to work with me, and so I continued paying Enough is enough though This company is now trying to charge an unauthorized membership renewal fee, which, as you notice, he does not reference in his response, though it's possible he overlooked it While I'm sure that they have many satisfied clients, and I wish I was include din that group, I am not one of them I have never used their services because I was not given an opportunity to in my attempts Every person I've spoken to at this company in effect turned me away with their treatment I have attempted in the last month to contact this company and have received absolutely no response until going through this avenue I am now suffering terrible depression, stress and anxiety because of this entire thing I want them to cancel my services immediately and would like to see them reach out and work with me on a refund for a service that I was never given an opportunity to utilize If this gentleman would like to reach out directly to me, he may email me at ***.***@gmail.com I have been advised not to converse with this company again over the phone so that I may retain records of all correspondence regarding this matter Thank you for your prompt attention
