These people treated me very poorly I was charged $80 for a set of Nails. When I realized that the girl wasn’t doing a good job I asked to see her license she ignored me and then treated me even more poorly. She cut my hand two times and my Nails broke in less then 6 hours. I will have to go somewhere else to pay for a new set.

This letter is in response to the customer *** who came in on 2/20/2020, to Glam Spa Nails. We at Glam Spa strive to provide the best service possible while protecting customers' health and safety. Ms. received two services from us that day, that were provided by our licensed cosmetologist *** and *** who's certification is attached to this email. Ms. stated that the technician who was providing her services was not licensed however, there was a misunderstanding due to the language barrier. We can assure you that all of our techs at Glam Spa Nails are certified by the *** The two services included 1 Herbal Foot Therapy Pedicure listed at $35.00 as well as 1 Color Powder Set listed at $35.00 which can be found on the receipt attached to this email. Both services came out to a total of $70.00 with no gratuity added by the customer. *** stated that two cuts were made during her service on her hand. Cuts during service are not purposefully done and can be caused by many factors such as delicate skin. Ms. also stated that her nails broke soon after the service. The retention of nails can be caused by brittle nail beds or excessive force on the nails. We do our best at maximizing retention but cannot guarantee aftercare following the service. However, no complaints were made towards the pedicure service received which was done by another technician by the name of Thu *** Every service at our business is fulfilled to the best ability by our employees and we deeply regret that Ms. feels unsatisfied. However, all services are final and no refunds are accepted, as there are statements at our business informing so. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us at the time of her service or soon after to allow the technician time to fix what the customer is not satisfied with. We have no receipts for Ms. complaints and therefore cannot fulfill her desired settlement.
