Review: My husband and I ordered an autographed poster from Chuck Yeager along with a T-shirt on December 20th, 2014. The website mentions that the items could take upward of 14 weeks to receive. We decided to be patient but the items never arrived. We decided to email about the items and received only a terse email citing that the items had been shipped. They refuse to tell us the carrier that was used, where the items were shipped, or the date the items were shipped. They mentioned they shipped different items than the order requested since they were out. We have received nothing at all. In addition to all of this, the last email said "I am sorry you are unhappy." I am so disappointed. They ripped us off for over $280 dollars.Desired Settlement: We would like the poster and T-Shirt that we ordered or a full refund including shipping.
Review: I placed an order in July 2013 with General Chuck Yeager, Inc. through their online store rightstuffstore.com. I ordered an autographed poster of an airplane which General Chuck Yeager, a famous war hero, was supposed to personalize and autograph. A month after placing the order I received an email asking how I would like the item to be personalized; I replied. More time passed, I tried to be patient and understanding as Mr. [redacted] is around 90 years old. I contacted the store for an update on the order with no response. After persistently contacting the store I finally got a response stating that the item was sent in September. I asked for a tracking number or some other type of verification, I am still waiting. An aside, apparently Google Wallet no longer does business with General Chuck Yeager, Inc.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $150.00 for autographed memorabilia which was never received.
