[redacted] contacted me in late September regarding a vacant house that was advertised on [redacted] for lease. After speaking to [redacted] on the phone, we made a verbal agreement to proceed with the lease for the rental house. [redacted] advised me that she will have the 1st month's rent and security deposit on October [redacted], 2013. She also advised that her employer was requesting a security system to be put in the house and I obliged to do so. The security system was put in, lease sent and [redacted] confirmed that she is moving and her employer is fine with the house. On October [redacted] sends another text confirming she sent the money and moving in Saturday morning, October [redacted]. When my work crew arrived Saturday morning to help [redacted] move in, [redacted] never showed up. After numerous attempts to contact [redacted] never answered. Finally, after contacting [redacted]'s employer regarding the cameras, [redacted] answer ed 1 week later and advisee she changed her mind.
Regarding unlawful collection practices, I am not sure what this means as I am not trying to collect any money from [redacted]. I reached out to [redacted] and employer to ascertain if she is moving in as she agreed to do - she advised not anymore so there is nothing for me to collect.
