I agree with Mr***, further investigation is welcomedAs mentioned previously, we are a serious and honest company and our job is and has never been to take advantage of our customers, furthermore, offer them low quality workmanship and materialsOn the contrary, we are proud to say we have been involved in numerous projects, from small to large, residential to commercial, and until now we have never had an issue with either our service, workmanship and/or materialsHence reason why we offer our warranty and we stand by itWe will keep going to our customer's site until he/she is 100% satisfied, unless, we get replaced by another contractor instead of allowing us to fix our work, which Mr*** did, which then creates an issue since we can't warrant someone else's work and once our work has been altered by someone elseIn fact, I don't know of any company who would. To make this investigation a lot more smoother and faster, I am attaching three invoices from the two companies from which we got our materials for Mr***'s residenceThe invoice specifies the material warranty, warranty that is not offered by me or my company but by the manufacturer itselfPlease feel free to go through the invoices and see for yourself that, in fact, Mr***'s roof materials do have warranty and they are not of low qualityFor further questions or concerns about the material's quality and/or warranty, please feel free to contact either companyThey will happily send you more information on this matterFurthermore, please feel free to send someone to Mr***'s residence and inspect his roofI stand by my product to the point where I have no issues someone from Revdex.com inspecting itIf Mr*** did contract someone to alter my job it will be shown. As I mentioned on my previous complaint responses, I never had an issue with Mr*** nor I did with fixing the issues he wasn't happy withI understand that if I am going to offer a workmanship warranty I do need to abide by that, which I always have and always willHowever, I would like for Mr*** to understand that once someone else has touched my work the warranty gets voidedAgain, any company would and does the same. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questionsHope this resolve this matter.Thank you.*** ***

I would like to request further investigation for this issue, for many reasons. First, Mr. [redacted] claims he tried to contact us various times and we never attended his calls. Fact that is not true since GAD Contracting, in numerous occasions, went back to Mr. [redacted]'s house. These numerous...

occasions were per his request. House, that is not even being resided by Mr. [redacted]. In fact, every time our roofer was able to personally speak to the resident of such home, he [our roofer] made sure that the resident was and felt satisfied with our work. one of the numerous times that GAD was contacted, by Mr. [redacted], to go back to such location due to a reported leak, after inspecting the roof and making sure that there was no leak what so ever, our roofer then proceeded to talk to the resident and asked him to show him where the leak issue was happening. To our surprise, the resident confirmed that there has been no leak issues since last time GAD's roofer was there to fix the issue. He, as well, wasn't sure why Mr. [redacted] was still contacting us. My office manager then proceeded to speak to Mr. [redacted] and explained to him this report, which Mr. [redacted]'s response was a thank you. After a couple days, we had a rainy day and Mr. [redacted] contacted my Office Manager to let her know that there were no more leaks and thank you for resolving this issue. Months went by and Mr. [redacted] contacted my Office Manager once more, reporting an issue with his garage roof and something about the materials used being of poor quality. GAD Contracting only uses 30 year warranty roof materials, therefore, we didn't understand where or why he was reporting such issue. I, once again, tried to send my roofer back but Mr. [redacted]'s response was that he didn't want us to go back any more, that he didn't trust our company and that he had already contracted another company to fix this issue. Now, GAD's warranty, covers work done only by our company. We stand by our work and warranty, hence our excellent reputation after 13 years in business not only with the Revdex.com, but among our customers. GAD doesn't stop until our customers are happy and satisfied with our job. In fact, we have a current customer who can testify upon that, since we are currently performing some warranty work on his roof. If Mr. [redacted] would of allowed us to come over and fix all his issues until he was 100% satisfied we would of done so. However, his decision to hire another Contractor and then charge us for it is not what is specified on our contracts more so our warranty.  At this point we are not only confused by Mr. [redacted]'s complaint but we can't quite understand why such an outrage towards our company.

Further investigation would be welcome. My wife and I do in fact own the Jensen Street house that GAD was hired to re-roof. It is my stepson who is living there now with his wife and children. When my stepson called me to let me know the roof was leaking inside the garage, I called the phone number on the GAD invoice, leaving several messages.  Because the invoice had been e-mailed to me, I also sent e-mails to that address.  The work was done by an individual named [redacted] who has never returned my calls or e-mails. I also called the number that GAD listed on a [redacted] website and was informed by the person that took my call that he no longer works for GAD. That same individual later informed me that GAD was no longer doing roofing jobs.            After much Goggling I found Revdex.com info to get another number for GAD.  I called that number, and after a few days a woman named [redacted] (office manager?) returned my call. But after looking into the matter, the company decided they would honor the warranty.  They sent a repairman who fixed the garage leak, and I did express my appreciation. But because the roof had leaked the first time after it rained, I was concerned about the quality of the job. The inside of the garage was being finished (with sheetrock) and I could not afford any water damage ruining it. So I had a home inspector look at the job. He said the main shingle roof appeared to be okay. He also informed me the materials used for the flat garage roof were of an inferior quality and that it was already starting to crack at the seams. Also there was standing water that should not be there after the rain which contributed to the leak. I let [redacted] know I was very disappointed by the quality of the materials. In the meantime after the next big rain the main shingle roof developed a leak and I sent emails and left messages asking them to honor the warranty and repair the new leak. That leak was never repaired by GAD. I received no response until I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com after several weeks of attempted contact with GAD. I then received an email that said they could not fix the roof while I still owed them money. I was amazed by this claim as the job was paid in full and I have the canceled checks to prove it. You will notice there is no mention of non payment in GAD's response to my complaint.             GAD claims a 30 year warranty.  That would apply to roofing shingles not the flat roof. Even with quality materials, a typical flat roof will last about 5 to 10 years. But with the materials used by GAD, we were told by the home inspector that our roof would be fortunate to last another 6 months.  Because of the total lack of communication and follow through on the part of GAD, I decided to hire another roofing company to repair the work done on the flat roof by GAD. That amount came to over $800.00. That company also repaired the leak on the shingle portion of the roof which had never been addressed by GAD. With all the hassles and lack of any reasonable communication, I don't understand how they can tout their customer service. I never did get a direct line to the company; the phone number on the Revdex.com website appears to be a residential number. So far no more leaks but it is clear I will be out of pocket for any future repairs. My motivation in filing this complaint is to provide information for other customers who may be considering using this company. Dealing with them has been extremely frustrating and I regret my decision to hire them. There is no confusion about that. Best Regards,[redacted]

These Guys are top notch and they get the job done on time everytime. We contract them all the way from Sacramento, Ca because we trust that we are getting quality work and fast friendly service. They have done about 10 jobs for us and we couldn't ask for a better company . We give them an A+.

after getting roofing job completed I was told my receipt of work (final copy) would be emailed to me for my records. this while process was done through [redacted]. after repeated phone calls with no returns from [redacted] I called [redacted] the man who answers the contact number. he told me on 3 occasions he would have [redacted] contact me within 24 hrs. why is there only one person who can get my receipt? I have since called [redacted] back and at this moment hes told me again let me call [redacted] right now for you. this is now a 3 week process to get finalized receipt and proof of warranty. because of this there is no integrity with this company would not reccommend them

Review: GAD did a roof for a house we own in Mesa last January. With the monsoon rains the garage roof was leaking. They fixed the leak but upon further inspection by a home inspector the seams of the modified bitumen roofing material was starting to crack and would not last another year. With more rain a leak started by the patio roof. After many calls and emails with no response to fix the problem I had to hire someone.. The warranty seems to be worthless at this point. I also had the garage roof fixed at this time.Desired Settlement: I spent $850.00 to fix the problems left unaddressed by GAD and I would settle for a $400.00 refund, basically half the amount I had to spend to fix the job.
