Scenerio 1: I have on numerous occassions ( at least 6 times) had my normal pick-up scheduleded for every Friday resulting in a missed pick-up. The last three occasions occurred back to back in t in the month of August. The dates are 08/09/13, 08/12/13, and 08/16/13. My trash was suppose to be picked-up on Friday, 08/09/13 and I waited until 8pm which the company assured me that they will be picking up my trash by 8pm that night. Since my trash was not picked-up that Friday night, I called G and C waste on Monday 08/12/13 and they told me my trash would be picked-up once again that day by 8pm...which did not occur again. I called on Tuesday 08/13/13 to notify the company that my trash has still been sitting at my curb, collecting bees, wasps, and flies...and birds pecking at the trash. Also, my neighbors have been complaining to me that the trash sitting at my curb for days is unsightly and I could potentially face a fine from the County (Montgomery County). My trash was finally picked up on Tuesday 08/13/13.

Scenerio 2: The second occasion for August occurred on Friday, August 16th 2013 where my trash was not picked-up. Consequently, Monday, August 19th 2013 my trash was not collected yet again. I called on Tuesday, August 20th 2013 and asked for an explanation as to why my trash onced again was not picked-up. I was given countless excuses and dismissive fabrications. I then requested to speak to a supervisor/manager after which I was told there is no one available to speak with immediately. I was then connected to "voicemail" by customer service after they had gotten tired of speaking to me. I called back and stated with the amount of issues I have been having with the company I do not want to speak to "voicemail" I want to speak with a human being. After I was firm in wanting to speak with a live individual and not a machine the customer service rep (not sure if it was [redacted] or [redacted]) slammed the phone down and disconnected the call. I do not see why I should be calling a company I am paying service for to have my trash removed once a week which should be done in a timely and consistent manner. Moreover, to receive horrible customer service by having a representative hanging up the phone on me as well. It is all disgraceful behavior that this company has exhibited to me. Yet, they continue to take my money and cannot render reliable service I am entitled to as a customer.
