G Brothers Smokehouse

Review: It's not often that food is so bad that I'd consider filing a Revdex.com complaint, but the food I was served on 11/3/2013 at G Brothers Smokehouse was so foul it was insulting. But not as insulting as the staff's attitude when confronted about the poor quality of what they put in front of my family.We ordered the G Brothers BBQ Combo, with chicken, beef ribs, pork ribs, pulled pork and brisket. The chicken had the consistency of sawdust. The ribs, brisket and pulled pork were the same story -- the meat on the ribs was mushy, like it had been boiled yesterday and reheated in a microwave. The pulled pork was dry and hard. The brisket looked like pan-fried leftovers. I confronted the two people at the counter over this lousy food -- both just smiled at me and turned away, but before they did so, one of them actually told me that they were more focused on selling breakfast items and burritos -- they knew the BBQ they served me was lousy and they served it anyway. I was so angry I had to leave right then, otherwise I would have demanded a refund at that time rather than waiting until the next day. As it is, thankfully I paid with a credit card, I'm going to try to get the charge reversed.Desired Settlement: I am seeking a refund on my credit card.

The manager who responded is lying. I did go back and sit at my table because my family was still sitting there but we did not ask for a to go box. We left our food uneaten on the table. The food we were served was indeed disgusting, and if the owner considers it rude to point that out, it just goes to show that they find it acceptable to serve garbage to their customers.
