[redacted] picked up my 08 CBR 600 from my residence July 2012 to repair it. $1500.00 was start up deposit, quote was $3500.00 to completely fix damages and paint. No follow up communication from [redacted] from day 1. I have had to establish all communication. I requested bike to be finished in Feb 2013, and was blown off. Several other requests were made: March, April, May, June, and now July of 2013. All of the previous attempts have been blown off by [redacted]. I also requested [redacted] to print an invoice of his work. He gave a print out of charges that can be understood as dollar amounts but no explanation of charges. I asked [redacted] about the warranty on his work, he said "he guarantees his work just bring the bike back in". [redacted] wanted final payment if I wanted the bike finished, said I owned him $2700.00 (this was May 2013). I authorized $2000.00 to be taken off credit card using [redacted]s' pay pal and paid $700.00 in cash. I told [redacted] that I didn't receive the receipt in my email, he replied "give it time, it will send". My next statement for my credit card showed $2700.00 was taken out instead of the $2000.00 causing my account to go negative a few times. [redacted] has $1400.00 over the quote he gave me to fix my bike and today is July 23, 2013. [redacted] continues to give excuses on why my bike is still not fixed. Meanwhile, [redacted] has continuously fixed numerous customers bikes and return them to owners, all the while my bike remains untouched.
