Review: My wife and I contracted [redacted] of G&S Construction Services Inc. and also [redacted] of Worldwide Construction located at [redacted] and [redacted]- Employer ID#[redacted], ID#[redacted] & License#[redacted] respectively; to rebuild my home located at [redacted] which was devastated by the Sandy Storm. Upon [redacted] request,we gave him $38,000 to cover the cost for Permits,demolition and construction work. However,being tired of excuses for not started the work because of his claim of being sick and claiming the bad weather for not starting the work - but,however,claimed that he has our money in his bank account and can return it all, if we so desire. We then told him to bring it over. He then told us that he had already spent the money ordering all the materials and will return all the materials back to the vendor and bring over the money the following week since the person who has to cut the refund check wouldn't be in until the following week. He promised to show-up,with the money, on Thursday,Jan.**,2014.We made several prior unanswered calls to him.Surprisingly,he called that same day claiming he will be there but never showed up and we never heard from him again. we, however, found a sample tile that we had given him with two copies of the building drawings under the tile in front of my business entrance door.We have not heard from him again-not for the want of calling and calling with no return call or answer. We received a call on Saturday, Feb.*,2014 from his wife,[redacted], as he had previous claimed she was, that he had left with his nephew for Califonia on Friday,Jan.**,2014 and she doesn't know when he will be back- maybe in mid-March. It should be noted that his wife lives at: [redacted]. Moreover, [redacted] was referred to me by a friend, I hadn't seen for years, named [redacted] .I met [redacted] at [redacted]'s office in [redacted].Desired Settlement: Returning all our money, place lien on his businesses, his home-if he has one,freeze his joint bank account which he placed our money into at the TD Bank on [redacted] in Queens,his car and all other assets- if possible and to expose him nationwide to avoid any other person from becoming a victim of his scam business practices. Finding him and bring him to justice!!!
