Review: I went to this company and had them come measure for a fence for me...they did and I special ordered it and paid 1/2 down ($2375.00) on Aug 17, 2013.. I was told it would be apx 2 weeks for the fence to come in and apx 2-3 more weeks due to being put on the waiting list...middle of Sept. install max. I called and called to see when fence was going in..never received a call back they finally came to set the post on Sept 28, 2013 and said they would be back that week to do fence. Never saw them yet...called several times, no return call or set date for install..I am here with fence post and no fence for my dog, as I am disabled and can't walk the dog much..and to keep other issues from occurring in my neighborhood...some of the reasons I got a fence. I have been waiting 53 days now which is total un-acceptable...it should NEVER take this long to have this done. My hands are tied and cant go else where because I can't eat the $2375.00 down payment. They don't seem to care when I get my fence and keep putting me off...they have half the money and know I have to wait...this is soooo wrong...almost 2 months waiting for a fence install...and I KNOW the fence was in their business in 2 weeks....Desired Settlement: I feel I should get money off the cost of my fence...this delay is not due to weather or anything else...I just keep being put off and put off...and I am doing all the calling with no response....

In response to the complaint made by [redacted], [redacted]., Sharon, PA She did singe our proposal on August 15, 2013 requesting to have a Chainlink Fence installed at her residence. The proposal and down payment was received on August 17 and she was put on the job list for her fence to be installed. We gave an ?approximate time frame as to when we think the job can be started but weather and prior jobs affect the time frame. According to Ms. [redacted] time frame she submitted to you we were 7 days past her 5 weeks that she says she was told for installation. Chainlink fence has to be installed in 2 stages, the posts are set I day and we have to wait for the concrete to set before we can stretch the chainlink fabric onto the posts. The proposal Ms. [redacted] signed states 50% down on signed contract and balance on completion also a 1.5% late fee will be charged after 30 days from completion if balance has not been paid. An invoice was sent to Ms. [redacted] on Oct. 11, 2013 for balance due of $2,375.0 , as of this date payment has not been received.
