G & G Outfitters

Review: I purchased a Safir .410 Gauge Upper and Bolt Carrier group from the G & G Outfitter company. The original upper was incorrect so I shipped the part back to the company and requested they send me the part I originally ordered, along with a bolt carrier group for that upper receiver. It arrived broken in half, and could not be repaired. After speaking to their customer service representative they had me initiate a claim with Fed-Ex. Fed-Ex denied the claim because the insurance G & G Outfitters purchased mandated that they, the company who shipped the item, be the ones who file the claim. I notified the G & G Outfitters. They indicated that they would resolve the matter. After several calls to the company I have yet to be reimbursed the price of the broken products and the price of shipping the products.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to send me the exact amount that I was charged by them for these two transactions, including the charges I incurred for shipping the items to me, and the charge I incurred the first time I had to send the part back to the company.
