Review: .I have a problem with my refrigerator,wich is in warranty, so I call the [redacted] comp an they make an appointment for me with g&g applince for july ** 2015. Somebody came on thursday july ** and he said that he don't have the part and he has to order it and it take 2-4 days.from there on nothing .I cal them every day 5-10 times and I left messages they neveranswer and never callbackDesired Settlement: Finish the Job

Review: Based on listing of authorized repair companies for Frigidaire, I called G&G Appliance Service. I reached someone by phone immediately and scheduled a service visit. I even told them which part was needed for the leak in our dishwasher. Serviceman came without part on Tuesday, November **, 2015. He told me that they don't bring parts because no one wants to pay for them (I had already given the ok for the $40 part). I was informed that I did not need a part, just an adjustment and if the dishwasher was still leaking to call them on Wednesday (11/**) and he would come with the part on Friday (11/**). I left a message on Wednesday. No return call. No one came back and I tried calling 3 times on Friday. I also sent an email. By Monday (11/**), I called them. First call was cut off.
Second call was full of static but I managed to leave a message. Today (11/**) I get an endless loop of press 1, etc. The labor charge was a flat rate good for 3 months.Desired Settlement: Deserve a call back, and they should complete the job.
