G & D Heating & Cooling

Review: The air conditioner stopped blowing cool air a couple of months after installation., so we called G & D Heating & Cooling ([redacted]) numerous times and left messages to come out and correct the problem, but he wouldn't return our telephone calls. We have resorted to calling another heating & cooling company to add refrigerant, and after having this done twice in the past two years, and paying over $[redacted] for refrigerant and recharging the unit, our only option to solve this problem is to have the whole system checked for the leak. We have been told that it will be very costly. After G & D Heating & Cooling hadn't returned our calls when this was first installed, we decided to call someone else hoping it would be a minor repair, and we could just move on, but that hasn't been the case. We want to warn others about this company, so they don't have to deal with these problems.Desired Settlement: We want G & D Heating to reimburse us for our repair expenses by other companies, and we want him to go over the system to find where the refrigerant is leaking.
