Hi, I am responding to the complaint which we had received from a customer through Revdex.com regarding propane tankFirst we always test the propane in a water tank for any leakage before every sale, so if the propane tank leaks, we never sell it and we put the blue tag for defective (required by
company) and put it back inside the cageThis means we never sell a defective propaneAs per *** Company policy, they do not give us any credit back by giving them empty propane tanksAnd the customer was trying to give us completely empty tank to get a refund which is not possible as per *** company policyThe Customer has stated that he had already used it for times since April ***, 2015, so this means that he has not noticed any leakage Or smell gas leaking, which logically means the tank was in a good condition and he used all the gas for cooking. we always take care of our customersAs a courtesy and to satisfy our customer we will offer ONE time $discount if the customer wants to come back and buy another tankThanks
Review: I purchased a full tank of propane on April **, 2015. They did not test it before I purchased it. I used it 4 times. On June *, it was empty. There was obviously a leak. The product was defective! These tanks last 3 months or more. The [redacted] would not exchange the tank for a full one, and wanted me to buy another propane tank for the same amount of $27.15. He did noDesired Settlement: I want a refund of the defective product of $27.15.

Hi, I am responding to the complaint which we had received from a customer through Revdex.com regarding propane tank. This means we never sell a defective propane. As per [redacted] Company policy, they do not give us any credit back by giving them empty propane tanks. And the customer was trying to give us completely empty tank to get a refund which is not possible as per [redacted] company policy. The Customer has stated that he had already used it for 4 times since April [redacted], 2015, so this means that he has not noticed any leakage Or smell gas leaking, which logically means the tank was in a good condition and he used all the gas for cooking. we always take care of our customers. As a courtesy and to satisfy our customer we will offer ONE time $10.00 discount if the customer wants to come back and buy another tank. Thanks.
