This is in response to your letter dated Friday, April 10, 2015 regarding complaint ID [redacted]. The person registering the complaint listed above purchased some product from our dealer Waterbed Factory on January 20, 2015.  At this time the Waterbed Factory placed an order with us, Furniture...

Traditions, which we filled.  The person lodging the complaint, Gentleman X, has a couple of key issues he would like addressed that I will pass on all of the information that I have regarding these issues.  In regard to the lack of phone calls, the young lady in our office that works with customer service for the Texas area had been in contact with not only Gentleman X, but the Waterbed Factory and Wilson Safe.  She ran into a road block when she was no longer able to reach Gentleman X and referred him to me.  On April 6, 2015 I spoke to both the service department at Wilson Safe and Gentleman X.  I informed Gentleman X that Wilson Safe had sent a replacement safe to him and would follow up with a phone call to arrange a local locksmith to exchange the safe.  I then spoke Gentleman X again on April 10, 2015 when he called me and informed me that Wilson Safe had not called him yet, I told him I would follow up.  On April 13, 2015 I spoke to another person at Wilson Safe informing me that they would call him.  I then received a call back from Wilson Safe saying that they have been trying for over a week but have not been able to reach Gentleman X or leave him a message.  I spoke with Waterbed Factory to see if they had another number when they informed me that I have the only number and they have had many problems reaching him as well.  When I did reach Gentleman X he informed me that he found out that AT&T had messed up his phone where he couldn’t receive voicemail.  He also informed me that he did have the safe and I asked him to call Wilson Safe to arrange an appointment with a locksmith.   I followed up with Gentleman X again on Saturday, April 18, 2015 to see if he was happy.  He informed me he had two additional small complaints.  One I rectified over the phone with him and the other he was going to discuss with Wilson Safe.   I feel that everyone went above and beyond to assist Gentleman X with his issues and a lot of the “lack of concern” was nothing more than an inability to reach him on the phone to expedite him being satisfied.    We at Furniture Traditions take seriously our commitment to customer service and the well-being of our customers and theirs.  I hope this helps you see that we did everything we could in a timely manner and are continuing to make sure Gentleman X is satisfied.  I have even gone so far as to give him my personal cell phone from the beginning so he could see the level of our commitment and reach me anytime.
