Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI reject the answer from Furniture to Go because nothing in the response is trueI paid for deliver and set upAnd I stated that the interest rate was high and I was told that if I paid the bill within months I would not have to pay interestOnce I learned that the finance company was charging me dollars per day I called Furniture to Go because the Finance company informed me that I must talk to Furniture to Go to correct the information that would reflect that I would not have topay interest if paid the bill within monthsAll phones were made directly after an issue occurredWhen furniture was delivered and no set happened a phone call was made that nightI learned about the dollars per day on the day after the furniture was delivered I called to inquire about the information that I had learnedI was told that the correction would made I would not take valuable time to make a complaint if the service and issues stated were not trueI am learning that this company does not honor what they say and they refuse to take responsiblity for treating customers poorlyNow I am considered about others that will do business with themI would like a refund for the interest that I paid and a negative report given to this storeThank you for your attention in this matter Regards, [redacted]

Hi ,hope all is wellWe tried to do the delivery, but we couldn't get to her with her time frames, I offered her a refund since she was never around for us to deliver, I sent my guys to pick up the mattresses and frame we let her use until her bed came in ,but then she tells my guys nevermind I want my bed instead of the refund, but we couldn't get a time with her againAs of now she has a twin size mattress ,box spring and a frame ,so until she returns that ,we are pretty much even on the $sale

I have purchased a bedroom set, on and was given a delivery date two weeks outAfter several calls confirming the delivery date, I am being told that the delivery will be postponed, however, the representative was unable to provide a delivery date for the furnitureI stated how am I suppose to take a day off from work for furniture if you are unable to provide me a date of delivery? now I'm arguing with them to get money back! ridiculous please do NOT go here

This customer received her delivery in full on 4-*-She was unhappy with the bed so we exchanged it for her, which did take a while as it was no longer in stockWe did a pick up and exchange of her king bed on 5-*-All of her furniture was delivered in good condition

I don't have anything more to say, we don't have a furniture to go location at the address you stated Please stop it with your statements

Hi, I don't understand what this complaint is about,  we delivered all the furniture at the same time ,set up was never included in the sale or was it ever discussed,  the customer didn't know how to set up the furniture nor did the family friend, so we received a call 3 days later saying...

item's were missing and they needed help setting up the furniture, I felt bad and sent my set up guys over and nothing was missing, just pieces of furniture and screws every where. We set up everything for free,then get a phone call a week later saying  why is she paying 3 bucks a day in intrest and I explained to her thats how the finance program works.

She came in and asked us to sell her a bedroom set for 475 because thats all she had to spend so we gave her the labor day sale early, my delivery guy's go and deliver the bedroom set ,her box spring didn't fit up the stairs,  customers must measure door ways before purchasing any itiems. We...

told her we will give her a split box spring wich is a special order item that will fit up her stairs, but their is a 100 dollar fee to do so ,she got upset about the 100 dollar fee so she started saying she wanted a refund when she's at fault. We will only give her a split box spring for 100 dollars and thats all my company can do for her. Thank you.

I paid for the items I purchased and was going to buy more items. When I applied for credit at this store I was approved for a large sum. I reject the answer from Furniture to Go because nothing in the
response is true. I paid for deliver and set up. And I stated that
the interest rate was high and I was told that if I paid the bill

and issues stated were not true. I am learning that this company does
not honor what they say and they refuse to take responsiblity for
treating customers poorly. Now I am considered about others that will
do business with them. I would like a refund for the interest that I
paid and a negative report given to this store.

I want my bed instead of the refund, but we couldn't get a time with her again. As of now she has a twin size mattress ,box spring and a frame ,so until she returns that ,we are pretty much even on the $220 sale.
