This is the worst company to do business with If you have a problem the owner will put you off and make excuses and ignore you in the hopes you drop it They are very untruthful, dishonest and really do not care one bit about customer after they get paid Buyer beware....do not purchase from these people

I disagree because they send me the wrong order someone in the company made a mistake and send me laminate wood and not cherry wood legs,I know that amazon give me back the money but the realty is Furniture max did send me the wrong order that the reason why the parts that *** send me did not fit because it was not *** chairs they send me Roundhill chairs is Ruondhill and not Coaster4077blk, Roundhill was the one who gave *** mr Ward the item no 4077bkl but my chairs are see I send pictures showing wood legs are different from cherry finish wood legs I am not a fool and the customer service representative did put the phone on hold and I was on the phone until she promise to get some one but she did I had to hang up.Just for the records chairs do not break in months or unless throe are made of crapy material.On their side it look right but I got the wrong one

I bought a couch and queen mattress and box spring and paid $1,cash and they wouldn't deliver for a week and then they came on a week night at 10:p.mand had to make tripsThe couch has a cushion that don"t fit right my box spring the cloth on the bottom of it was ripped off and there is a board on the bottom that is broke into

Sellers marketing is misleading and return policies are unreasonable in marketed environment

claimDue to holiday season, we worked very hard to push out every
single order to make sure customer receive their order before holiday
But still some customers not satisfied with their impossibly reached
expectation, this is the one of those customers
This
order was delivered on Per our policy, customer should be report
all missing , damaged or defect issue within business days But this customer call in on right before Christmas Eve regarding missing parts of her order and needs an overnight replacementWe offer
all of our order free shipping but only for basic shipping which is
ground drop offOvernight shipment will have to provide label by FedEx
directly with additional costWe explained to customer and suggested
set up vanity table first with out a mirror for now, the replacement
will be delivered by But customer strongly request pay for
overnight and even got discount after talked to managerSo , we
followed her request and shipped part ( letter F-two knobs as
instruction menu showed )
Unfortunately , customer
called back on report again received a wrong parts ( Should be stand
post not knobs )But by then , it's too late to ship out with any
shipping methodSince customer didn't mention the missing parts were
stand posts, per our instruction menu, we shipped what customer told
Even though, we still terribly apologize for what happenedAt this
holiday time,we understand people's frustration when their gift not
perfect as they expectedSo we were listening for almost half hour
blame from both husband and wife even mandatory required we drive a car to deliver the missing parts right away
No matter how we apologize,it's
too late to fix everything right on Christmas EveWe told customer the
only solution is either ship the right parts again or send call tag with full refund, but discounted overnight shipping
charge was requested by customer and done by FedEx that we
were not able to refundWe take our customer's satisfaction very
serous, we never hug up any of our customer's phone call even they blame
us with very rude words because we understand their frustration and

Just thought I would fair warn anyone that is purchasing or going to purchase anything from Furniture Max with the owner being Mark OHere's our horrible horrible experience
We purchased a kitchen table with chairs and mattresses with box springsThe gentlemen Dan Bwho sold me these items was very niceWe had a pleasurable experience with himWe had our furniture set to deliver on March 28th, longer story short we hadn't moved to our new home on the set date so Dan told us he could store our furniture in the warehouse no problemWe thought, perfectThat's one less thing we will have to stress aboutA couple weeks later we were ready for our furniture, still not in our new home yet we had rented a storage unit to store all of our furniture at one place so when the time came we didn't have multiple places to go, I called furniture Max and found out our awesome salesman was no longer there that originally sold us the itemsMark informed us that he could deliver that following MondayMonday came and we never heard from himWhen my husband called he gave him the run around and said "oh something came up" can we schedule for tomorrowTomorrow came and the exact same thing happened all over againBy now I was a little irritatedI know things come up no big deal, I'm not a person who is demanding and want things right then and thereSo then Mark informed us he could deliver everything on Thursday we were to meet him at 7:o'clock at our storage unitWe arrived at 6:in case he happened to show up earlyHa! What was I thinking?!? 7:rolled around and still nothingWe had been waiting for an hourMy husband called and to our shocked surprise the same excuse(Insert sarcasm) something came up and he forgot to deliverBy now I'm mad and I just want our dollars worth of brand new furniture I orderedSo he tells us lets do FridayI can be there with it thenFriday came and nothingWe called and called and even texted with no responseWe finally get a call at midnight saying they're ready to deliver our furnitureAs *** as I was that it was midnight I wasn't about to let the furniture slip through our hands one more timeSo we meet them at midnight, delivery guys get out of the truck and you probably guessed itWe had chairs and no table and no mattressesBy now I can't even see straightThe gentlemen told us they would meet us first thing Saturday morningSaturday morning came and nothingBy now I do the calling and talking to Mark I politely tell him who I am and that we need our furniture we paid forHe proceeds to tell me I can pretty much go fly a kite and he was going to keep our furniture and hangs up on meI call back and tell him nicely we would be by with the police and file a report for theft and I was going to stop payment on my credit cardHe hangs up on me againNot seconds later my husband gets a call from him and says the furniture is on the wayThey are there within an hour and still forgot one mattressOne of the gentlemen told us he would make sure we got it and got our cell numberIt took him about hours to bring us our mattress but when he did he was very apologetic for his boss MarkAfter I told him he didn't need to apologize for him it wasn't his place he lets me know what a horrible person he is to work for and how he hasn't got paid for the weeks he's been therePoor guyHe said I just need a job I'm trying to buy a carHe said Mark wasn't going to let him bring us our mattress he was going to keep itHe made sure we got it
So long story short I would highly advise you all to not shop at Furniture Max and save yourself the headache and stressIf you think you're saving a little bit of money, think againIt's not worth itIt was the most disgusting service we ever dealt withThank the good Lord we finally have all our furniture and learned a lesson

link shows , we shipped exactly what she ordered .  She called on 2.26 states the item had defect issue, She told us the frame only had 3 holes that she is not able to adjust to full size bed. we were very kind to tell her if is defect issue, we can simply let her keep the item and issue full refund back . Only first we need to see the picture to show the defect part for us to report to factory since we only carry item not make this item. In the phone conversation, she was promised she will take pictures when she gets home. It seems the whole thing is very simple and only need picture...But unfortunately, She made this whole thing so complicated. After hug up the phone, she filed A-Z claim right away through Amazon and even totally changed her words. She told another our Rep she wants a full refund and didn't need to provide pictures ( not what we asked ). From our many years online sales experience and her action and words. We know she was lying . Like she said, this item only retail for $50.00 with free shipping, we have no reason take too much time to solve a case unprofessionally. But since she filed A-Z claim on Amazon that we are not able to solve this case only through email nor phone conversation, we have to follow Amazon claim steps and take it back to do inspection for refund. Per our 30-day return policy, all of the defect/damage issue needs proof of pictures for free replacement or return. Since this buyer not willing to take picture. We will have call tag
send to FedEx for pick up on next Tuesday ( March 3). FedEx will attempt
3 times for pick up within 3 days.
