Item never received The item I purchased never arrived in the mail nor did I receive the refund I requestedImmediately after ordering the item the total amount of $was deducted from my checking account on December 19th The information on bank statement says [redacted] SERVICES XXXXXXXXXXXXX deducted the moneyI never received an email of order confirmation or tracking informationThey have not responded to my request for a refund
Placed an order with this company, my credit card was charge immediately then nothingA full week later after not receiving any sort of shipping info, tracking number etc I emailed only to find they never shipped my orderI got a refundI don't think they should have charged my credit card unless they were shipping my orderThey also fail at keeping their customers informed about ordersI don't think they ever intended to send my items
They billed my credit card ($233) and never shipped in spite of three calls to customer service
They billed my credit card ($233) for a breast form I did not receive I called their office three times and every time the customer service employee,sounding concerned and flustered, promised me she would look into it and have it overnightedTHREE TIMES! And I never received the item I have since called my credit card and refuted the claimThis business rips off cancer patients like me, probably on the premise that most of us are too sick or too busy struggling with the demands of daily life to fight their predatory practicesThey should be put out of business!

A complete nightmareFrom the beginning of ordering my credit card was charged immediately ($154) I never received a shipping conformationTrying to call customer service and it was an answering machineNever received a call backReturning the items is still an on going nightmare between the actual seller and cure divadays after receiving my return I still haven't received a credit back to my cardAs a stage cancer patient they should be ASHAMED of how they treat customers

I ordered mastectomy bras that are too small Curediva has refused to accept my return and refund my money
I placed an order for mastectomy pocket bras *** and breast forms from Curediva on 2/10/ (Order #XXXXXXXXX)My credit card was charged $on the same day I got delivery confirmation on the breast forms, but did not hear anything on the bras I emailed them on 2/letting them know and I got confirmation on 2/ Bras were delivered on 2/ They are extremely small even though I followed their size guide I filled out Curediva's online return form on 3/ There was no response, so I emailed them again on 3/ They then informed me on 3/that the vendor did not accept returns I was shocked as their return policy on the product page clearly states, "You can return any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail Returns made within days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment." I emailed them on 3/ag
This company does not accept any returned merchandise if the item was ordered more than days ago, without regard to the reason for the return This is not adequately noted on their website I consider this to be unsatisfactory customer service
