On August 16, I ordered from this company and tried their product for days After the days (September 15, 2014) I saw no results so I returned my unused bottles (bottles) per their instructions I called numerous times and they said I need to supply them a tracking number in order to receive my refund (which was to be $(total purchase was $207.95) which I should have been refunded $but they indicated they would have to deduct a restocking fee I did not have a tracking number but on the outside of the package I put the information they indicated I would need in order to receive a refund I asked one person I spoke to that since I didn't have my tracking number would I be denied my refund and she so "no, it would just take longer to get a refund." It is now November 24, and I have attempted to send emails to their customer service email address and they come back and I have tried to call and do not get a human being I would not order from this company ever again They are dishonest and now I'm wondering if they are even in business any longer

They refuse to repay me pretending that they are "processing my request". There is probably only one person who calls herself [redacted] I think that everybody who was cheated should sue them immediately. I would like to warn everybody for their products and the contents in the products. It doesn't help but can seriously damage your health. the product contains testosterone, which is very dangerous for women and even for men.

This company is completely shifty - should be shut down. I ordered a two bottles of weight loss supplement which they advertised as being recommended by the TV program, The Doctors. The total charge was to be $66.00 with a full 30 day refund if not completely satisfied. The actual carge they placed on my credit card was $224.00. When I saw that the charge on my screen was more than I agreed, I immediately called the company to cancel but was told they could not. I then called my credit card company to dispute. Furthermore, the reason I even subscribed to their ad was due to the fact that my nephew, a repected podiatrist, had sent me the link. After this fiasco, I called my nephew who told me he never sent me that link and that someone had hacked into his account, making it appear that he had recommended the product.
I purchased the Forskolin and Colon Cleanse from Healthy Nutrition in Mesquite NV based on the fact that I can get complete refund if I am not satisfied with their product in 30 days. The salesperson on the phone did not mention anything about restocking fee and I never got any email confirmation. They did however already billed to my charge card. After calling customer service to try to return the products they said only the Forskolin can be refunded plus charging the restocking fee but not the colon cleanse can not be refunded. I was given a RMA number and told to send the product back to the NV address. After reading the customer comments, I have very little hope that I will get any refund back :(

In my opinion, these people are scam artist that use unsavory ways of contacting you through fraudulent use of emails as if a friend is suggesting their product. Beware, they charged me for 5 bottles, instead of 1 to the sum of $198.00.
I ordered online to try a sample of product and paid with debit card. The final balance showed that I had paid over $150. I ordered one bottle and somehow ended up with six more, which I did not want, having never tried the product before. Called the company immediately to adjust the payment and was told they could not make an adjustment once the order went in. Even though I did not want the other six bottles they shipped them. Their telemarketers are all foreigners and can hardly be understood as it is so the experience was one I won't repeat. I feel sure I will never get a refund.
