I do not believe Mr [redacted] is giving correct facts We did not believe time would heal, and power washing would solve the problem That was simply the first logical step to finding a solution to the problem Never did we say to Mr [redacted] that over time it would correct itself, needed more time to cure, or that power washing would solve the problemWe have stated the same thing over and overIF the blank had touched the surface it would have ruined the finish on the concrete The concrete has a perfect finish IF the blanket had touched the concrete it would NOT have drawn out the color The color was mixed throughout the entire batch of concrete in the truck before it was poured The color could not be drawn out, it was not a top coat, it was mixed all the way through And again, the employee is not a concrete finisher, he was there to power wash, he has no knowledge in the concrete side of the workWe did not play the blame game with Mr [redacted] We simply have difference of options on this matter We had the concrete finisher, the concrete company, and the concrete color supplier all look at the patio as well They disagree with the three professionals that Mr [redacted] claims to have had look at it They all believe that the staining comes from something else that Mr [redacted] does not agree with It just doesn't make sense that the finish on the concrete would not have been affected if the blanket had been the problem We still stand behind offering a cash discount to Mr [redacted] or a staining of the concreteWe will always stand behind our work, always If there is an issue that was a mistake on our part, we will always fix it Mr [redacted] is making claims against our company and our reputation that is simply untrue

? I do not believe Mr [redacted] is giving correct facts? We did not believe time would heal, and power washing would solve the problem? That was simply the first logical step to finding a solution to the problem? Never did we say to Mr [redacted] that over time it would correct itself, needed more time to cure, or that power washing would solve the problem.? We have stated the same thing over and overIF the blank had touched the surface it would have ruined the finish on the concrete? The concrete has a perfect finish? IF the blanket had touched the concrete it would NOT have drawn out the color? The color was mixed throughout the entire batch of concrete in the truck before it was poured? The color could not be drawn out, it was not a top coat, it was mixed all the way through? And again, the employee is not a concrete finisher, he was there to power wash, he has no knowledge in the concrete side of the work.? We did not play the blame game with Mr [redacted] ? We simply have difference of options on this matter? We had the concrete finisher, the concrete company, and the concrete color supplier all look at the patio as well? They disagree with the three professionals that Mr [redacted] claims to have had look at it? They all believe that the staining comes from something else that Mr [redacted] does not agree with? It just doesn't make sense that the finish on the concrete would not have been affected if the blanket had been the problem? ? We still stand behind offering a cash discount to Mr [redacted] or a staining of the concrete.? We will always stand behind our work, always? The job that we did on White Ave for Mrs [redacted] was not done unprofessional or sloppy The debris she is talking about is existing black pipe from her current drainage system We did the work we said we would doI went to Mrs***'s home to talk to her about her complaints and well as another person from our company We both tried to explain to her that the pipe was already there, but we disagree on that You can't pull the pipe out of the ground, if it was trash that we had left behind you would easily be able to pulled it out Her claim that we put trash in her yard and bulldozed over it is simply false We already planned on sending a crew to do whatever it is Mrs [redacted] wants to make her happy The crew has not been in the area to do so I offered to send them today and she said she no We will attempt to go on Monday July 17th We will cut the pipe out, grade, seed, and strawThank you [redacted] ***

I will share with you the letter that was written to the Attorney General when Mr*** reported this to them:We were contacted by the ***’s to pour a concrete patio in December. We performed the work in December and there was no issue with this patio. They were concerned about the
temperature and time of year the patio was being poured. We assured them the temperature was fine, and we are well aware of when concrete should and should not be poured. The protective sheeting, as Mr*** called it, was a curing blanket. That is standard procedure after pouring the patio. The blanket was removed and the patio was fine. There was nothing wrong with the color or the concrete. Mr*** contacted our office months after the project was completed to state there was staining on the patio. We sent three different professionals out to assess the patio. They all three had the same thought about what happened. It appears to be stained or discolored in the location of the above deck spacing. As Mr*** stated he believes this is caused from the blanket touching the concrete. That is just not possible. The color was mixed into the concrete on the truck. If the blanket had touched the concrete, it would not have affected the color, and there would have been marks on the finish. The color goes all the way through the concrete. If something had touched it, it would not take away the color from the concrete. We sent a crew out to power wash the patio, we did not guarantee this would fix the problem. It was a step in the process of trying to figure out what was going on. We have made two offers to Mr*** to try and make him happy. We offered money back, or to put a tinted sealer on the patio and neither one was sufficient. The patio is structurally sound. There is absolutely no reason for that patio to be torn out and poured again. There is not a guarantee on color of concrete Thank you for your time,*** ***

items he was not happy with. We were never paid in full for the work even though we sent our crew back every time we were asked to. The last time we were there was April of 2015. We feel the work was completed correctly. Mr. [redacted] never contacted Fritz Stonework to let us know of a pine tree being disturbed, a flagpole being hit, or the meter box from [redacted] being destroyed. This complaint is the first we have heard of it. The meter box is not located in the path in which our bobcat used entry to the wall project. The project total was $15,950 of which Mr. [redacted] paid $15,400.
