Have been a renter with the same property for the past years This company has changed their address and contact numbers more than I can count So getting a hold of someone or paying rent has always been an issue SERVICE MAINTENANCE is the biggest joke here All of our service calls that we have made have all taken well over a week to get a response I one case our refrigerator went out, well you guessed it, one week passes before a phone call from maintenance and all of our food had spoiled I asked if Sureway could help take care of the food situation, since they were the ones that took a week to call us back, and again, no response!!! Our garbage disposal went the same way, it took them closer to WEEKS to call us back!!! HERE I SIT TODAY, MAKING ANOTHER URGENT CALL TO SUREWAY, BECAUSE MY AC IS NOT WORKING IN 100+ degrees of heat and what do you know, NO RESPONSE!!! WHAT IS URGENT TO THIS COMPANY??? WHEN SOMEONE DIES DUE TO THE HEAT?? Try getting a hold of any manager or owner, WONT HAPPEN!!! THIS COMPANY KNOWS THAT THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND TRIES TO HIDE BEHIND ANSWERING COMPANIES AND EMAILS, SO THAT YOU CAN NOT PHYSICALLY SPEAK WITH THEM!! My biggest concern is for my landlords, because they live in Hawaii and have no idea how this company is running their property UNACCEPTABLE!!!
