Please let me know how you plan to correct your "seasoned" salesmans dishonest and unethical sales tactics. I contacted him regarding the damage we found immediately when I got it home that night.  I also emailed asking what needed to be done to get rid of the vehicle and never got a response. All he cared about was the sale.  He told me "we would t sell any cars if we told people this, but leasing is how (he points to the older sales guy next to him) made all his money, (made some comment about how he didn't  even need to work and the. Said) at the end of the lease the car will be worth more than you owe on it and we will buy it off of you". He also said they would take it back after a year, but the one sales guy that finally did answer said that was not true.  I was transferred to 4 different people before I left a message for a general manager each time a message was taken but never received a call back. I'm in the process of getting a new truck and the two other dealers I have contacted are working to give me the best deal possible on trading in both the truck and encore because they know the situation that [redacted] put me in They are offering $22,600-$23000 for the encore and $30,000-$33000 for my 2015 Sierra 2500 SLT DOUBLE CAB LONG BOX 4WDAt $23,000 for the encore I still lose $3,500 since the pay off is $26,500. Are you able to do any better on those numbers to help make up for the situation that your dealership has me stuck in? If so, please let me know and I will gladly order the new truck and immediately turn over the encore. I think I am being more than fair and even offering you another sale.  I just wish [redacted] would have been honest with me.
