construction on new rock wall was done very poorly. I have complained since it was put up that was done in 10/23/2017 on first week they came and repaired cracks that were going from top to bottom. on week 3 they were back patching it again. it still cracked. finally they patched it again. I put in a new sidewalk because I don't know who broke it. the bottom of rock wall has gaps where it needs to be filled with cement . they tried to do it but, the cement fell off. very poor cement quality. when I water the grass, water sweeps into the sidewalk I dug to see why it was doing that because someone said it probably did not have footing and that is why it was cracking from the beginning. after digging where my grass is the wall is full of gaps and holes. they did the side walk area but, they did't do the inside of the bottom where the grass is. mr. *** said just to put the dirt back because they were not going to do anything else .I asked him why the water was sweeping under and he said water had to find a way out. the water is sweeping through the big gaps and holes. I think he thinks I am ignorant.
Refund i am asking to be repaired 100 percent and guarantee for ten years. or a refund of $3900.00 which i paid for. this includes the drive way that they also put up. i am asking for refund so someone else can come and repair it if they can't do it the proper way and with good material.

escarbar y tomar fotos de el footing existente que la última ves yo le escarbe en dos partes
y le mostré a ella que si habÃa footing Al cual ella comento que solo unas partes tenÃan
footing y otras no al cual por eso no puedo acceder a sus peticiones las cuales si ella acepta que yo valla a escarbar y mostrar el footing existente ella me tendrá que pagar el trabajo realizado por escarbar y volver a tapar la cantidad de $500 dlls por concepto de trabajo

I am not asking for proof of footing. I am asking for proper repair of my new rock wall.as I mentioned before there are holes which they did not finish repairing they only did what was visible and not completely to the bottom. it will cost me $800.00 to repair what is suppose to be a new rock wall. this rock wall was not done properly from the beginning .they were suppose to tear the old one and start from the bottom . Mr.. *** told me to cover the holes with dirt
Hola pues yo sigo en lo mismo puedo pasar para demostrar que la.barda está elaborada desde el fotting existente ahora yo envié fotografÃas de la barda para que vean la calidad de la misma ella ahora me está diciendo que no sabe quién quebró la banqueta de afuera si yo envié fotos de la banqueta de la casa de enseguida y también está quebrada yo pasaré a escarbar y tomar las fotos correspondientes de el fotting existente y las enviaré junto con el recibo que ella tendrá que pagar por el trabajo elaborado y enviaré más fotos de toda la.barda también
