I advised the dealer that my check engine light had come on the very next day after I purchased itI took it to Firestone they advised that the only way to diagnose the problem would be to pay dollars to exactly what was wrongThey turned the light off and said if it came back on then get a diagnosticThe next day the light came on again I took the vehicle back to the dealer because he advised not to pay for the diagnostic he would run oneWhen I got there he seemed agitated and rushedHe hopped in my car plugged up something and said the oxygen sensor is good and the check engine light just comes on and that doesn't mean anythingHe told me he drove the car 1k miles and nothing happenedI assumed all was wellI had drove the vehicle and hour awayOn my way back the light popped on againI called the shop he said bring it by I told him I would when I got backThe car stopped on the highway and I had to pay $dollars to get the vehicle towed back to the dealerI got it

nadim h*** 9:PMto me Hello,My name is Nadim H*** and I am the sales manager at Freeway Auto SalesI received a letter from your office in regards of complaint ID *** from *** ***. *** *** came
in to purchase a car from my lot, she picked out a Hyundai Vera Cruse with 87K milesThe care had no issues when she purchased itAfter a couple of days she called me stating that her check engine light was onI told her to come in so I can scan her car and detect the issueThe issue was a vacuum leek, we turned the engine light off and told her that if it came back on for her to come back and I will fix it again for her at no chargeA week later, she called and said that her car stopped on the highway and that it wasn't workingI told her to tow it and bring it to so I can figure out the issueThe issues detected was that one of the transmission hose was busted and all the fluids were out of itShe was driving it under these conditions until she burned the transmission which caused her car to stop workingI helped her change the transmission at the cost of the parts labor free even though it was not our issueI worked with her because she had explained to me her financial situationThis was not a issue from the car, she busted the hose that caused all this to happenShe then called me 3-days later saying that the engine light is back onI sent her to another shop to do the smoke test that detected a vacuum leekWe took care of the issue at no costWe are very surprised that she filed a complaint to the Revdex.comUpon the receipt of your letter, *** came in on 04/08/to make a payment and said she will have it paid off within three weeks to a month. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have attached proof that this salesperson Nadim is a fraud. He did not fix my car I had to bear the cost of the repairs. When he found out I filed a complaint he threatened to repossess my vehicle and refused to fix the exhaust issues as he agreed. He had me drive to a place on w 150th and they were supposed to contact me to fix my car they never did. I got the vehicle 3/9/2016 the very next day the check engine light came on. I contacted Freeway auto sales he asked me to bring it in. I took the vehicle to Firestone to get a diagnostic ran and they gave me back a report which was on the 11th. I took the car up to Freeway Autosales right after I left Firestone to show what they said was wrong with the vehicle. Nadim act as if he was agitated and didn't really want to be bothered because after he sold the vehicle and pocketed my 9,500 down payment and locked me into a payment plan all of the nice guy demeanor went out the door. That's pretty much how it has been in dealing with this place. I didn't drive the car again until March 14 th. All he kept advising me was it was a super clean vehicle with no issues. How he drove it 1,000 miles to bring it back to Cleveland. It is my suspicion that he turned the check engine light off in order to sale the vehicle. I saw him do the same thing when I took it to him on the 11th. I spoke with a Hyundai dealer and they advised a dealer is not supposed to even sale a car if the check engine light is on. I have had this vehicle and have not been able to drive it a full day without there being an issue. He sold the vehicle without disclosing that the engine is not the original engine which means the mileage is not accurate that's fraud. He sold me the vehicle and I have no idea how many miles are on this engine but I can assure you it is not what he listed. He priced the vehicle based off this mileage and that is falsification. The vehicle is worth way less than what he sold it for. He also accused me of damaging the vehicle when the transmission must have already had a leak but it went unnoticed due to rain is the only thing I can come up with because I didn't cause any damage, in order to bust a hose I would have damaged the car and I did not. The gentleman who towed my vehicle can attest to that. I have docmentation from Firestone and two Hyundai dealers. You can contact them directly and they'll even advise you of how many times I had to bring the car for a diagnostic. Today was the first time I've driven my car since March and I had to spend 285 dollars. This vehicle has been towed every single time I've been in it. These issues were all existing. My exhaust issues still exist and everything that went wrong with the transmission was caused by the dealer and sold to me for me to take on the responsibility and beat the burden of cost. They have done me no favors period. He gave me $50 off my April bill hurray please. This place is has poor business practices and I'm willing to bring all my documentation and witnesses who are certified repair and dealers who can attest what he did was wrong and I should not have to pay him another single penny. He already robbed me and my five children blind. He is a scam artist and a con. I just want my complaint heard so another individual is aware and isn't taken advantage of. It would not allow me to attach all my documents so I attached the few it would allow. Please do not allow them to get away with this. Please let me know what else I need to do to get this taken care of.
Regards,
