Electrian was hired on a personal base and has nothing to do with the builder of the houseService that was requested was not done properlyThe owner of the company claimed that light was already broken, but nobody called to report the damage while they were in the houseThey had contact information and called previously that day about other issuesThis just shows that the electrician tried to cover up the fact that he damaged the lightPendant lights were installed improperly and unprofessionally and not according to standardsIf any questions were open, they could have contacted me as they did earlier that dayOwner of the business was called to discuss the issues as well as the fact that service request was not fulfilledHe immediately went into defense mode and started yelling unprofessionally over the phone and hung up on meI asked why the foyer light was not installed as all parts were available and he said if they were, why I didn't do it myself thenI hired a company because I was month pregnant to do the work for me, I don't think I have to listen to somebody telling me I should do it myself when I pay someone to do itI ended up installing the light myselfCompany owner handles complaints very unprofessional instead of listening to customer complaints he brushes them off and hangs up on you when you call to resolve issues instead of discussing a solution or providing good customer service

Pendant lights were installed improperly and unprofessionally and not according to standards. If any questions were open, they could have contacted me as they did earlier that day. Owner of the business was called to discuss the issues as well as the fact that service request was not fulfilled. He immediately went into defense mode and started yelling unprofessionally over the phone and hung up on me. I ended up installing the light myself.
