I am rejecting this response because:
Although I read the fine print w/regards to "subject to availability of lift tickets," I don't see how this could've possibly been an issue on Feb.20--right in the middle of the promotional period--which ended on March 6. Furthermore, my sales rep certainly gave off the impression that I was good to go with the two free lift tickets as I had satisfied all criteria. When I called back a few times weeks later, I was even told by one of the managers that I should've received the tickets by now and that I was the only person he'd heard of who had NOT received lift tickets as a result of test driving a new Jeep at that Freehold dealership. The Jeep TV commercials at the time all advertised this promotion, and Freehold Jeep Chrysler was clearly one of the participating dealerships w/regards to it. With that in mind--and the fact that my negotiation process with my car sales rep and his sales manager did NOT end in a sale at this dealership on Feb 20--I am still under the impression that the free lift tickets were not finalized as a punishment for my not reaching a deal with the dealership sales staff--which is both unprofessional and unethical. It seems clear to me--given that I did everything the promotion required a customer to do--that this is a blatant case of advertising on the part of Freehold Jeep Chrysler w/regards to their promotions. And I wish to make this clear to all future customers as to what (or what not) to expect from this particular dealership when they try to advertise their next promotion

February 20th, 2015 responding to a [redacted] test drive promotion. The promotion offered two lift tickets to [redacted] area in [redacted] if the consumer took a test drive. [redacted] did in fact take a test drive, was registered as having done so, and was given a confirmation number. Unfortunately, [redacted] ran out of tickets. I've included a print out from the website [redacted] refers to, that clearly states in bold print that tickets are limited and will be issued while supplies last. We have requested assistance from the local [redacted] Business Center but to no avail. We are truly sorry that [redacted] did not get the free lift tickets but are unable to assist with his request for the monetary equivalent. We hope that we were able to clarify the situation for [redacted]. Sincerely, Barbara M[redacted] Freehold Jeep Chrysler

Review: I purchased two Jeeps from this dealership in December 2012. A 2013 Jeep Wrangler and 2012 Jeep Liberty. I purchased an extended bumper to bumper warranty. I brought the 2013 Jeep Wrangler in for minor repairs yesterday which should have been covered under the warranty program. The issue I have is that the dealer would not honor the warranty. The repair issue was a the bracket/handle on the rear door that holds the third brake light behind the tire. The bracket was loose when I brought it in for service and when I picked up the car from the Service Department the bracket was broken. I went back to the Service Manager and brought it to his attention. He told me that he would not fix it as it was not a covered item under the bumper to bumper warranty program. He told me they would fix it for a cost of $440. The Service Manager said to me that he did not want to pay for this repair under the warranty because when he get audited from Chrysler he did not want to deal with them. I reminded him again that I had bumper to bumper warranty and that they were responsible for fixing this repair at their expense not mine. The Service Manager then said that he would fix the repair for me and charge me half price. Freehold Chrysler Jeep should be responsible for the repair to the bracket at their expense as per my bumper to bumper warranty. I would appreciate it if you could call or email me about resolving this issue before I have to pay for this. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Freehold Chrysler Jeep should be responsible for the repair to the bracket at their expense as per my bumper to bumper warranty, and not charge me anything for it.

Review: I was interested in buying a Jeep and noticed TV advertisements/promotions that said that if you test-drive a new Jeep at a participating retailer b/w Jan 28 2015 and Mar 2 2015, you would receive 2 free lift tickets to [redacted] by Mar 16 2015. The info can be found at [redacted] and the participating Jeep retailers at [redacted]On Friday, Feb 20 I stopped by the Chrysler Jeep dealership in Freehold, NJ - which was one of the participating retailers. I test drove a new Jeep Wrangler and notified my sales agent about the offer, and he informed me that he would email me w/regards to the [redacted] tickets as a result of the test drive, and so I provided him my email address. I received no such email that day/night. The following day, I came back to the same dealership to try to reach a deal on another Jeep that I was genuinely interested in. During that process, I mentioned that I still hadn't gotten the email and he said that he'd take care of the process and went to talk to his sales manager about it. I was assured I would receive an email about it. We never reached a deal on my preferred Jeep, and I left the dealership w/o a sale. I ended up buying a Jeep at another dealership a week later, but I called back the Freehold dealership several times (maybe 5) over the next few weeks to tell them I had yet to receive any info--whether via mail or email--with regards to the 2 free lift tickets ($184 face value total) that had been promised by both the TV promotion and the Freehold sales staff. Each time, I was forwarded to a sales manager who said that I should've received my tickets already, that it wasn't their fault, and took my number down to call me back after looking into it. I never received a call back from any of them. I tried calling, leaving a voicemail, and emailing my original sales agent--but never heard anything back. I was ignored each time, and this is a blatant case of false advertising.Desired Settlement: I either want the 2 [redacted] tickets that were promised to me to reach my residence within the next 10 days, or else I would like a $184 refund for the 2 lift tickets--since they have a $92 face value on each.
