I hired beantown chimney to do a chimney sweep and place a rain cap on my chimneyon 8/they performed sweep and measured for caphe told me cap would be in a week and then we would schedule an installI reached out to them the following week and they said cap was in on 9/he said he will install next weekon 9/he said his truck was out of commissionso days laterthen I reach out on 9/and he says ill be there on friday 9/he doesnt show againthen he says hell do it tuesday 10/and never shows uphos phone is not ringing and one is disconnectedi have all the texts between us with dates and timesI already paid full amount of 535$
Hired Bean Town chimney to fix smoke smell in basement fireplace/room when having a fire in first floor fireplace Recommend and performed work was for a top damper on basement flue (to prevent smoke from coming down chimney), chimney cap and internal sealer in basement flueWork was complete but first fire in upstairs put more smoke in basementPrior it was just smell, now it was actual smokeAttempted to contact company via email and all phone numbers on the list website, All three numbers have been disconnected or are not taking calls and emails have not been returned
