When he was confronted about the chairs, he was angry and very rude. We asked for chair covers though he stated he didn't have any which is hard to believe that a rental company had absolutely no chair linens. When the delivery guys from his company came they said that what is on their truck looks exactly like what we have. These chairs were a far cry of "just scratches". These were dirty with gum on stuck to the bottom of chairs. They were disgusting how would anyone wearing nice Easter clothes that is of light spring colors would want to sit on something that would make all of their clothing dirty? There were chunks of wood missing out of the tables splinters were sticking out of them. If you are a company that is advertising your products as clean chairs they need to look like so or post pictures of what they truly look like. They looked NOTHING like what we ordered. There are plenty of other rental company's that carry chairs that look beautiful I would of gladly chose some where else if this company didn't deceive me what their products look like. If a company is charging customers for wear and damage then they actually need to fix their products or don't charge at all. These are pictures I started to take before my phone died I am waiting on a friend to send the rest.

Review: On March 20, 2015, this writer arrived to Fredericksburg rentals to pick up two cocktails tables and two-table spandex table coverings for a very important event scheduled on March 21, 2015. Even though this writer call to confirmed the pick up time, the owner communicated to this writer that he only had one table cloth and to come back to pick up the second spandex covering.

Unfortunately, this writer was force to leave and come back to Fredericksburg rental due to the unprofessionalism of this business. Once this writer finally received the table coverings and began to setup for the event. One of the table coverings had an embarrassing amount of staining all over the top. This writer took pictures of the table covering to present to the owner. This writer call the owner of the Fredericksburg Rental to explain the disappointment with the merchandise rented from this business. The owner was very unprofessional accused this writer of being fraudulent with the claim of a dirty table covering and stated, “ I will not be providing refund. The owner’s tone of voice was very disrespectful and belittling and I would not recommend this rental company to anyone.Desired Settlement: Full refund
