If you can recall, when you first purchased the vehicle, you were located out of Virginia and you specifically requested that the vehicle needed to be inspected before the sale was finalizedWe honored your request and presented you with an opportunity to choose a [redacted] dealership of your choice for the inspection and agreed to cover the cost of the pre-sale inspectionAfter you picked the [redacted] dealership of your choice and you personally made the appointment, Freds Executive Auto covered the cost of the inspection and paid $for the pre-sale inspectionAfter the pre-sale inspection, you were in direct contact with the [redacted] dealership and was directly advised by the [redacted] dealership on what the vehicle requiredAt this point, if the vehicle requires any further maintenance you must directly contact the [redacted] dealership

[redacted] ***, She purchased the [redacted] on 07/16/2016, as you can see on the Buyers Order she was not charged the Tax's And Registration that she Signed.She knew that she did not pay for her Tax's and Registration, The Bank knew that the Tax's and registration were not charged.The customer if the registered Owner and the Bank got the Security interest[redacted] ***, could Give us the Tax's and Registration money so that we could go to MVA and get your Hard Tag's or she could go to her State DMV and pay her Tax's and Registration to have her vehicle registered

July 31, 2015Dear [redacted] ,This letter is in response to your letter of July 17, regarding the above matter For your clarification, below please find a few important facts about the sales transaction involving the purchase of a vehicle by [redacted] Mr Sputty Idid Cephas, purchased the vehicle involved, a [redacted] ***, and accordingly signed a “Buyers Purchase Order” on March 28, The “Buyers Purchase Order” bears his signature and clearly states that the buyer is aware that the vehicle is being purchased “AS IS” Specifically, in the “Warranty Section” of the “Buyers Purchase Order” states “I understand that this vehicle is being sold with all Faults and is not covered by any DEALER WarrantyI understand that the DEALER is not required to make any Repairs after I buy this VehicleI will have to pay for any Repairs this Vehicle will need.” This document is attached, and it bears the signature of [redacted] Additionally, [redacted] on that same day, March 28, 2015, signed a document by the name of a “Buyers Guide” which further attests that the vehicle was purchased “AS-IS” It specifically states that the purchaser will pay for all Costs for any RepairsThe Dealer assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.” Further, [redacted] agreed and signed an “Acknowledgement of an Sale” as well on March 28, which again acknowledged that vehicle was being purchased “AS-IS” with no warranty.Finally, [redacted] acknowledged and signed a “WE OWE” on March 28, 2015, which again indicated that the vehicle was being purchased “AS IS.” It specifically indicates that the Dealership does now owe anything to the purchaser, the dealership has not promised anything, and that the vehicle is being purchased “AS-IS.” Please note, on the day of purchase [redacted] also signed a warranty contract Per dealership policy, the warranty contract is automatically submitted to the warranty company via electronic online submission on the same the day it is signed After it is submitted to the warranty company, the dealership no longer possess any authority over the warranty All matters regarding the warranty must be handled directly with the warranty company including cancellation/modificationPlease inform us if any further clarification is necessarySincerely,

While Searching for a late model year Mercedes Benz S-550, I came across a low mileage, model for a really good priceWhat I mean is that it is 12,dollars less than the other dealerships selling a similar modelI couldn’t believe itI made a phone call to Fred’s Executive Auto and I talked to a sales representative named TonyI asked him about the condition of the car and also some details about itSure enough, no waiting, no holds, just straight to the conversation he said 14,miles and clean C***The vehicle was purchased from Mercedes Benz FinancialFor me, it was hard to believe such a good deal was possible on a late model year Mercedes BenzI took a chance and asked them if they could drop off the car at the Tysons Corner Mercedes Benz for an inspectionThey said yes, no problemI paid dollars and after receiving a phone call from the dealership, they told me the car was 100%, still under bumper to bumper for years and/or 30,miles Manufacturers Warranty still on the vehicleI was so excited that I left work and purchased this beautiful vehicleThank you so much Fred’s Executive Auto!

Virginia law requires all dealership to have emission and inspection stick which this car did not haveThe car was on empty and no cleanedI did not agree to any terms of slander so I'm not sure what you are talking about? My deposit was full refunded because the law clearly states that if finiance doesn't go throw, the dealership must return any deposit to customerYou did rudely take back the car and clearly stated that you could sell it for $18,dollarsAlso the bad business practice that your attorney would handled this case which was no trueI want the remain of my money back of I will complaint the law is clear as dayYour dealership is in violation of several laws along with the bogus contract that is FRAUDReturn the remaining of my moneyI did not call any bank stop making up storiesWasting time like the Attorney that was handling your case and has the date of February, Fraudulent letter.

Good Morning, we did not rudely take back the vehicle, in fact YOU decided to bring the vehicle back and Cancel your Buyers Order and Retail installment Sales Contract per your letterabout Fred's Executive Auto not wanting to Finance you and your son, that is not true you contacted two banks that had approved you and told them that you wanted to Cancel the loan process before we canceled the sales contract.And once again we did not rudely take back the vehicle, you decided to bring back the vehicle, we had no reason to take back the vehicle, you had great Credit.
