Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: it is utterly full of lies. I have already stated all the facts. See you in court psycho!Sincerely,*** ***

In her narrative below, *** *** admits that she contracted with our company, Four Seasons Pro Cleaning, to clean her house. And that is what we did. We cleaned her house, which took us over five hours to complete. Please note that Ms*** is not complaining or disputing that we did not clean her house. She is complaining that she is dissatisfied with the pictures of the cleaned house that we sent her. For the sake of argument, even if that was true (which is not), it does not relieve her from her duty to pay us for the cleaning, because the purpose of our contract with her was to clean her house. Sending her pictures after the cleaning was merely incidental to the house cleaning job that she contracted us to do. However, she repeatedly refused to pay us based on her unreasonable and legally untenable position that she is excused from performing her part of the contract because the pictures she received of the cleaned house was not to her satisfaction.Additionally, her house, which we cleaned, was for a “tenant move out.” Ms*** is therefore clearly renting/leasing the house. As a result, and for the reasons stated above, we feel that it is proper to place a lien on the property for the delinquent amount contractually owed to us and the cost of filing the lien - $1,199.55. Nevertheless, in an attempt to resolve this matter, we will remove the lien, if she pays us the original amount for the house cleaning - $492.75.If that is agreeable to Ms***, please contact us and let us know. She can mail us a check at the address below, and we will promptly remove the lien. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,Four Seasons Pro CleaningPO Box ***Kirkland, WA

Four Seasons Professional Cleaning, Inc is a relatable cleaning company serving Seattle since 1997.  We stand by our work.  When we first were contacted by the client we agreed to take pictures as a courtesy.  As soon as the cleaners arrived at the property they took about 15...

pictures, the client was contacted after the pictures was sent and was ok with those pictures.  Also, the client was informed that the job was not a 2 hours job with two cleaner so she agreed to pay the 5 hours that was required to complete the job.  Once the job was completed the client was contacted, she requested after pictures, I agreed to send them so I did sent another 13 after pictures.  After sending [redacted] invoice in couple days, she refused to pay  us due to claiming that she was not satisfied with the pictures she received and treated us again if she was ever contacted again.  However, the pictures are not part of our job scoop and we have not even charged her for those.  2 Cleaners spent 5 hours cleaning her house.   Unfortunately, [redacted] left us with no choose to pursue legal actions again her unpaid billed by statutes of the State of Washington, relating to lien for labor, materials and taxes (RCW 60.04). There for legal charges has occurred on her unpaid balance.  Angies’ list was contacted by Four Seasons Professional Cleaning, Inc. before the legal action was taken and did not want to get involved to help us collected her unpaid balance.
Four Seasons Professional Cleaning, Inc will waive the $ 500 lien filing fee plus the $160 court fee if a payment of $ 492.75 is received.  Upon payment for original balance, Four Seasons Professional Cleaning, Inc will file a release lien immediately.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  it is total garbage and full of lies.  The facts are the facts and have always been in writing since my first interaction with this psycho.1.  The company did not agree to take pictures "as a courtesy".  The company agreed to take photos because it was a term of the contract.  Photos of ALL areas to be cleaned, were supposed to be taken before and after - core to the contract from the beginning to the end, and restated in writing by me multiple times as I have already noted and will re-note again.  2.  The company never sent me 15, then 13 photos.  I received 17 photos total and 3 of those were of the inside of the oven.  And none of those was a "before" photo.  Your tool only lets me upload 4 which I have done.3.  I was never "ok" with the pictures and never stated I was.  In fact you can see that I stated the opposite in an email (below).4.  The time was never a core part of any contract, as you will see in the contracting emails.  The contract included to document ALL areas of the house and photograph them before and after cleaning TO DOCUMENT THE JOB THAT WAS DONE.  However, since she brings it up, there is no way it took professional cleaners 10 hours to clean one oven, one small spot of soap sm, one kitchen drawer, one light switch plate, and one basement floor of about 20 x 10 feet.5.  I should not have had to "request the pictures" - they were part of the written contract and restated many times in writing.  The fact that she had to beprompted to send them and is now acting like she was doing me a favor by "agreeing" is insane.  She did not send another 13 pictures.  I received a total of 17 pictures, some copies of the same area.  No pictures of any bedroom, bathroom, hallways, living room, 2/3 of kitchen, entryway, stairwell, and 1/2 of basement.6.  The pictures requirement was absolutely, 100% part of the job scope and this company was told repeatedly that photos were a requirement.  This woman is psychotic to even suggest the that "I was not charged for" these cell phone snapshots.7.  Next step - I will file a lawsuit, and claim in, addition to harassment and loss of use of my property, reimbursement for travel to Seattle from the East Coast, lost wages to attend trial, and request punitive damages from the court.8.  Furthermore, the fact that these is think they can put a lien on my home for greater than their own (falsely claimed) damages shows you what kind of mental midgets I am dealing with here. There were multiple communications using the Angies List message tool, using phone, using email.  This group is the correspondence using the AngiesList message tool:Conversation with Provider Four Seasons Pro Cleaning [redacted]7/28/2015Hi do youclean basements?
